- From 2015 onwards, MNCs have started looking at our college and half the students are hired by those MNCs.
- Out principal himself motivates students by getting involved with us.
- The best advantage is that 75% minimum attendance is in place but it is not mandatory.
Dislikes
- College doesn't have a hostel or even sports facilities.
Course Curriculum Overview
BMS was qualified through entrance and B.Com or BBA doesn't have the novelty that BMS has. In BMS there are more subjects and is more adept to MBA program. Subjects which are or rather will be taught in MBA are the ones we are taught in BMS.
Internships Opportunities
KPMG, Deloitte and other MNCs which are hard to crack by came and interviewed our college students for internships. Seats were quite few but atleast everyone got a chance and that itself is bigger than anything.
Placement Experience
From the final year or rather the penultimate semester as by 5th semester students placements activities is in full flow. The BMS students organize their own fair as students are free to give or host events by just giving a prior notification to the management.
Fees and Financial Aid
K.P.B. Hinduja College of Commerce is one of the top commerce colleges or MU and is in line with its peers like Jai Hind or Sydneham. The fees for BMS is 35000 a semester and annualy it becomes 70000 year.
Campus Life
Infrastructure wise like most of the Mumbai Colleges our college too doesn't have an infra that can be compared or boasted. A six floor building with library and canteen on th gtound floor and classes as per year. Our annual fest 'Tremor' is indeed a tremor as it can give goosebumps to anyone or rather tremors to anyone.
Admission
I had confirmed admission from HR and Jai Hind but Hinduja being a part of Hinduja Trust, I had more faith in them. CET is the only way to get admission for BMS unlike other colleges where junior college quota is there. So I cleared CET and my entrance score were sufficient to get me admission in this college.
Faculty
Hinduja College which is commerce top college has top commerce faculties as our college means no no sense policy when it comes to faculties. BMS is far bigger than BBA and therefore expert MBA faculties are on board for us. NMIMS, Symbiosis and IIMs graduates are our faculties and thus one can expect complete professionalism from them.
Night Life
Girgaon Chowpatty is definitely th closest best place from our college. Bombay Hospital and Kaladevi too are nearby. During IPL matches we didn't had to think for going as the coveted or iconic Wankhede Stadium too is just few kilometres from our college.
