Remarks

Reputed college in my district, Also placements are good.The college is autonomous affiliated with vtu. They have very helpful faculty members. Way of teaching is good. They have Lab with very good facilities. Campus is big and has very nice environment

Course Curriculum Overview

Since our college is autonomous, there are few updations made in the syllabus after fee years based on the course which is beneficial for student. They provide good industrial exposure. Most Faculties in the college are helpful and some are friendly

Placement Experience

The placement department is helpful in getting you internships in different fields and organisation like MRPL,SUZLON,Adani group,etc The placement is very good for IT Department but not good for mechanical,few electronic companies and civil engineering companies hire here. MNC's like Infosys and Wipro come for recruitmnet with average package of INR 3.25 LPA. Overall placement is good For IT field but Core sectors it is average. NMAMIT has a very good alumni network, offering support and assistance in the functioning of the college and development of students.

We have yearly festival called incridea, where there are many competitions, standup comedy by any famous comedian and also dj nights. For every branches there are different competitions. Once in a year there is cultural day festival, where students wear traditional dresses

Great college with poor placement

Placement Experience:

Placements are the only bad thing about the college . Average ctc is only 4 lakhs per annum and only handful of students get actual placement.and rest get placed in either call center or training companies

Pgdm At JAGsom - My Honest Take

Placement Experience:

After 5th semester, We have our internship as IIP. The companies coming are namely, Blackrock, Oxane, Zepto, Informatica and more. The placements are going well for Marketing and Finance. The Highest package is 50lpa and median is 10lpa. But if you stay in top 10-20% in your batch you can get, 13-14lpa. The profiles offered are of management trainee, financial analyst, data analyst, etc. Around 60-70% of the batch gets placed, but cracking interviews for placements is in student's hand.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the classes are taken regularly in preclinical and paraclinical subject and some of clinical subjects as well. these are slidepresentation, demonstration and group discussions. there is great learning opportunities. case discusions are done in clinical postings. integrated leaning is not much practiced and would be drawback. library timings are not suitable at all.

The placement are good average packages 8 lakhs highest packages 35 lakhs and the companies include Google ,Microsoft ,service now companies and usually internships are provided as students become eligible for internship after 3rd year percentage of students getting placement 80% my plans still not yet decided

A good college for starting your new journey

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible to sit for placement in their final years. The companies which comes for the placement are deloitte, goldmanSachs, amazon and many more reputed companies. And they do make many offers. The highest package reports around 30 LPA and the average goes on around 3 to 4.5 LPA. Around 70-90 percent get placements. My plans is to pursue higher studies.

K-CET which is Karnataka State Entrance examination is the medium for Karnataka students to get into NMAMIT or any other engineering colleges for that matter.
