Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is highly advanced in UEM, better than other universities like MAKAUT and CU. We are being trained for competitive exams like GATE, CAT, UPSC etc. Advanced cutting-edge technologies like Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning are in our syllabus.

I have worked as a marketing intern at #You Are Awesome. And presently, I am working as the Campus Ambassador of Collegedunia.

Placement Experience

The placements are really great in UEM. Almost everyone gets placed in some good company with a good salary at the end of their college life. With every passing year, placement record of UEM is increasing at a considerable rate.

College Events

There are several cultural clubs in UEM and they hold different cultura events throughout the year. Also, the students of UEM are invited to perform in various other cultural events held throughout Kolkata. URECKON and ECSTASIA are the biggest events of our College.

Campus Life

Infrastructure of UEM is very good if you're not a sportsperson. We don't have a playground. But we have other facilities like big cafeterias, auditoriums, multiple laboratories, big classrooms, elevators, ATM machines etc.

Should I Choose IEM.

Placement Experience:

Eligibility for placement is from 3rd year,with tier 1 companies visiting like Google, Amazon along with mass requiters like TCS, Capgemini, Wipro etc.Last year heights placement package was 72LPA offered to 15 students and average was 2-3 LPA.

Heritage Law College is Lovely!!

Placement Experience:

Number of students who have been placed is far less than what it should be ideally. Kolkata is a paradise for law practice as it is the largest city of India and lawyers have always been in demand here. Still only 30% of the students are placed here and that's a big issue considering the name of our college.

The course curriculum is backdated and should be improvised as it doesn't give any exposure of present industry knowledge. The frequency of exams is that exams are held after 6 months on semester basis and are easy to pass and majority of the students pass this semester easily.

Decent government college which needs to improve.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is obviously outdated and the knowledge we get through it, is bookish and does not apply to present industry methods. This way we are given no exposure to the real life industry knowledge. The exams are held on semester basis after every 6 months and are easy and manageable.

If you come to this college this college is good the teachers are friendly and you will get the campus from the college if you study hard.

You can take admission in UEM Kolkata through IEMJEE Entrance Test or Direct Admission by giving 10,000/-. College review

Provide decent jobs to most students. Faculties are helpful and teach well. You can issue 3 books at a time from the library once your library card is made. Classes are held to enhance your communication skills. A lot of items in the canteen and cafeteria. No ragging. There is no ground to play. Very strict rules, has a lot of restrictions. Most students call it a jail, cause you cannot bunk classes. But believe me, it will shape you into a good human being and you will also get placed if you put your effort.
