Remarks

It give you 100% Placement.It's a good environment to learn discipline as this college totally belong to army background,so candidate are self-discipline and self-motivated. The faculty members are very supportive and genuine.

Course Curriculum Overview

For my point of view every faculties members are good and supportive. They are highly educated and experienced once, which make them very professional in their workplace. They also share some of their experience of corporate life and most importantly is that, their knowledge and guidance are more helpful for fresher.

PWC and E&Y these big 4 Companies had been came for last year with a package of 3to 4 lakh, our seniors was placed with a handsome package. Placement office are very supportive and genuine to help out their candidate.They also inform us about the company. Director sir and placement officer always conduct a pre- training activities like GD and Aptitude test, which built boost in student to face interview session.

College Events

It's amazing, we have a inter- college competition, Quiz and many more activity. This college always conduct nostalgia, in which every alumni are invited to meet with the current batches candidate.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are several prospects, especially peer-to-peer counseling, where you get a mentor. We call it mentor mentee program. So, there will be groups of students, and each group will have a mentor who helps you whenever you face any issues whether in real life or in your academic journey. They’re always there for you. There are also remedial classes, and extracurricular activities are included in the curriculum. You even get the freedom to choose what you want to pursue creatively, like joining poetry clubs and similar groups. Right now, I’m at Banaras University, and the curriculum here is really good. We have sessions on public speaking, how to conduct interviews, and many other practical skills. These are highly commendable because they help you in professional situations like the one I’m in now. However, I would say that teachers could be a bit more active with electronic tools like using PPT presentations or audio-visual methods instead long lecture sessions. As for exams, I wouldn’t say they’re too difficult because there are many weekly assessments and sessionals, which actually help you evaluate yourself better.

After 7th semester companies started coming and there is different criteria for different companies like some company have criteria for more then 8.5 cgpa will be able to seat only in their placement conducting it is totally based on company preferences. The highest package was 9 lpa and average package was 3 lpa. Around 60 percent student get placed in my department.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of my college is very strong.From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements.There are around 50 companies visited in the college such as TCS,Intel. Microsft. Deloitte,etc.205 students are placed in TCS in year 2019. 415 students are placed in campus placement last year. Maximum CTC was 25 lacs/pa and average CTC was 5.5 lacs/pa previous year.After Jadhavpur University,the average CTC of the college is higher than IEM. Above 95% placements for IT,CSE and ECE students.There are around 55-60% placements in other department.My plans are doing some great things after getting the degree.
