Good Placements, Infrastructure. Admission is based on CAT marks, GD/PI. 80 percent of seats are reserved for students from Army background, 20 percent for civilians. It is one of the best colleges in the Eastern region.

I chose this course as it had good placements and better opportunities in the job market. The faculty-student ratio is 1:30. Most of the professors are PhD and use innovative as well as traditional ways to make students understand concepts. Guest teacher and talks are also organized at regular intervals. The exams are conducted timely, and it is moderate and can be cleared if attempted with to the point answers.

Many companies offer internship opportunities and stipend depends upon performance and in some of the companies fixed stipend is provided. Projects range from market analysis to sales pitch and marketing of products and services.

The students are eligible for campus placements from 3 rd sem. Various companies from FMCG/CD, consultancy, banking, Big 4, and various others take part in campus placements. Almost 100 percent till the last passed out batch.

The fees are up to 9 lakhs as it is a residential college(compulsory) for the 2020- 2022 batch. I believe the fee hike is standard to fee hike as per accepted norms. Scholarships can be availed by students from Army background and Financial assistance is provided by banks under the scholar loans at comparatively lower interest rates. The average package is 5.5 lakhs.

Campus life is happening with a lot of events. Inferno is the annual tech fest and Nostalgia is the annual fest. The library has a different number of verticals with almost all publications books and journal which are recommended in the curriculum. Smart classrooms with wifi connectivity and air conditioning with separate chairs for each student are available. Almost all types of sports activities are conducted.

Each room is shared by 2 students and each room has its own washrooms. Separate study tables, ACs(optional), lockers, and washing machine on each floor. The quality of the meal is good and the menu is based on the seasonal availability of vegetables and fruits. Veg/Non-Veg meals options are there.

CAT

The topic of the GD can be any one of the current events and the interview will be generally an all-round questionnaire about personal background and graduation details. Admission is strictly based on CAT percentile. I prepared by reading about current events for GD and saw some interview questions from sites such as Indeed.
