Remarks

Institute of medical sciences has got all India ranking 3rd among all medical colleges of India, beautiful campus and best faculties are there.anywhere else for your graduation.the unbreakable bond with every corner of ims along with the people here adds a different taste to ur life.the cumbersome bds studies gets a bit easy by the grace of excellent professors.

Course Curriculum Overview

Studying at IMS bhu with very top class academics, a lush green campus has definitely given an edge over other colleges. be it -1.The flexible hostel timings.2. free wifi, no ragging,single rooms with best (i mean literally) facilities.3. NO persistent cast or region based discrimination providing a sound and healthy environment to study.4. fully functional advanced departments with equipments along with BLOCK SYSTEM of teaching (one of the things i liked the most) etc.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 28000 per year

Placement Experience

After completing the undergraduation, hospitals provide jobs for junior resident with an awesome package. And after ug the junior resident can become medical officer. and after doing specialisation or post graduation, package may go higher

College Events

There are many programmes going on during the entire year. Be it the freshers, dj nights, cultural fests, sports week etc we medical students enjoy all of them and love performing in it. IMS have a strong students union and a strong culture of holding grand fest

Campus Life

Everything provided is best here, all facilities helpful in studies are being provided us. Equipment in labs are high-tech. The libraries at each of the campuses have spacious reading halls, periodical centres, group discussion rooms and online database browsing areas.

Likes

Environment is good, the overall environment is calm
The hostel is good, it is hygienic and provides regular maintainence
The campus feels quiet safe and have good security with strict regulations

Dislikes

The network connectivity is not up to the mark
There are very less number of cultural events taking place in this college
Hectic study schedules which leaves no time for extra curricular activitoes

Placement Experience:

Placements of thos college is quiet good Many big companies provides internships and placements This year also quiet many students got placed TCS visited the campus for hiring Average packhage is 15 lakh per annum

What I See at SRM Ghaziabad

Likes

I really appreciated the college clubs and hackathons.
There are variety of events throughout the semester, something to always keep you on your feet.
Some of the faculties are really really experienced and have a unique approach that captures the attention of all the students.

Dislikes

Not many hotspots around campus to hang out after classes.
The infrastructure of the hostel can be improved a lot.
Food in mess is not great, the menu is not very diverse. Everything has aloo.

Placement Experience:

Placements are actually impressive with our college having the highest placement rate among others in the region. We usually achieve ~90% placement. We get opportunities from many large groups, such as Infosys, TCS, JPMC, BNY, Logitech, etc etc The list goes on. The highest package that I saw was of around 1Cr from a company I don't remember their name, but it was based out of SF and was a really great one. Average placement we see is around 12-20LPA packages.

Life at SRM.

Likes

A good and friendly environment on campus where students from all around nearby cities and states stay together in harmony.
Interactive classes and faculty is also very supportive.
The campus has all basic facilities from food to stationary.

Dislikes

The food may sometimes be not very good.
The campus has less places to spend some free time other than some spots.
Due to small academic hall places may look too crowded.

Placement Experience:

The placements in the college is really one of the the factors convincing everyone to take admission in SRM ,average package from the college is of around 10,00,000 which is really a very good amount in todays stresfull market.

I liked the faculties of my college they are very supportive and helpful towards the students.
I like the curriculum which more learning based then theory
I like the support that is provided by the college towards the placements of the students

Dislikes

I don't like the attendence system of our college it very hectic to students
There is lot of focus on exam in my college which I don't like
Syllabus are not updated in our college we are studying very old things

Course Curriculum Overview:

I opted for this course because I want to be a software engineer. I chose my course because it was well-informed, and my interest was also in this field from the start. The faculty members and platform were also quite good for nurturing personal skills and making one a skilled and disciplined person in life. I wish this course would focus more on practical things rather than being theoretical. Events, fests, and the campus environment are also very good and pleasing to the eye. Connectivity was also easy from all around the world due to its location. Scholarships were also awarded to almost every student.

Likes

There are very good and highly qualified Faculties for each subject.
There is lot of clubs and groups which give exposure to the students.
Location of College is best in Greater Noida

Dislikes

There is little busy management and take time to respond query.
Highly busy schedule of college timings.
There can be delay in examinations from its expected date.

Placement Experience:

Placement in GCET is one of the good In greater Noida colleges. The average package of this college is 4-6 L.P.A. Companies like TCS, J.P Morgan, Josh Technology, L.G etc visited every year. Mass recruiters like wipro,infosys,capegemini also visited every year. About 85% students every year placed from the college. After getting degree my plans are getting very good placemnt from this college.

In my college placement is good and increasing every year as I have heard from s masters senior in past 4 days 1000 students have been placed and placements are still going on and there is a dedicated placement cell in our college and also skilled students can get upto 40-60LPA and average is 6-7 LPA and my plans after degree is to go for masters as I have intrest in MTECH too and 60-70% gets placement and it's still increasing and companies visit such as wipro hcl LG delloite etc

Likes

I liked the faculty here, they are well qualified and experienced
The way the faculty is trying hard with the students is very good.
Students are good here too they are cooperative with each other.

Dislikes

Library doesn't open after college hours.
Less events organised here in comparison of other engineering colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because i did diploma in computer science engineering so after that i chose to do BTech in cse for better opportunities. Here I am really learning some computer languages by which I am making some projects. Exams timing is they held in evey 5-6 months.and this is a decent time to prepare for the semester exams.

There is so much happening in college that it gets a little bit confusing sometimes.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because its really a noble profession and I would like to contribute by best into this course. The curriculum preparess me for the real world applications really well especially moot courts. The teaching methods of the teachers are really fun and engaging they interact with the whole class. Makes it easy to understand the subject. No improvemnets needed right now. The exams are of moderate level and of 2hrs max internals and helps in improving.

I had applied in AIIMS New Delhi, AIIMS Jaipur, JIPMER puducherry, IMS BHU etc I got IMS BHU Varanasi but could not make it to AIIMS or JIPMER because of my rank. For MBBS in government college you need to clear NEET UG exam after your class 12th with good rank. The competition is very tough as 25 lakh students fight for 5 lakh seats I would have preferred AIIMS because of the minimal college fee and a better city.But at my rank and marks I was alloted IMS BHU. I am still happy with IMS BHU because the fees here is still lesser as compared to other colleges which I didn't mention. Also BHU being a central university is full of opportunities to build contact with other fields Cutoff is increasing year by year.
