this college is very much disciplined and the entire atmosphere of the college is also very good even the teachers are also very good and their teachings are also very good and there are also various other facilities in this college

there are various curruculum activities takes place in the college and also various academics programmes also takes place to encourage the students and even there are a large faculties for students to get chance in various colleges outside westbengal and also in various research centres

There are a big placement and job opportunities for students as they can get chance in various colleges also outside india in various research centres also and also there are various job facilities in various coal minescand also ongc also calls student to crack the exam and to get jobs

College Events

Campus and hostel life is amazing. There are so many events held in our college like RIVERIA, RANGMILANTI etc. PRAYUKTI is the biggest one in which 18-20 individual event helds and out of 4000 students more than 1500 students attend those events and wins cash prizes and many more thing.

various scolarship are also given so that students can get some help and also for financial help are also given to the student of poor family so that they can study and succeed in life and also various sc,st,obc scolarship are also given

there are various sports events takes place time to time even various state and district level sport are also given chances and the whole college have wifi connection online smart classes also taken and the equipment are also ipto level sll types of equipment for the use of students are there and the lab is also very big and equipments are of standard quality

no but hostel facilities are also very good it is slso a good learning atmosphere for students to learn and also various rooms are given and large rooms are there and there are also daily meal facilities for students.

The everyday journey

Likes

I liked the campus . Their people and faculties are too great , they are also helpfull
The other thing i liked here is the play ground where students play with full of their energy and many game events are organised ocationally
The other thing i liked is the library where everyone use to study silently with poking others

Dislikes

Bad benches , like benches are too small to be fitted in our class I
In our department ac doesn’t work properly

Nothing specific just the campus attracted me Curriculum is preparing me for the real world approach and its doing good enough the academic pursuits is good Teachers should teach in a good way so that every student should understand Frequently the timing of exam is 3 hrs but sometimes it takes 1 hrs

The Techno Experience

Likes

Practical Exposure with hands on training is always good for personal growth
The laboratories were well equipped with state of the art instruments
Entrepreneurship was encouraged and it really helped us with designing future start ups.

Dislikes

Lack of scholarships for the needy is one thing that needed to be worked on.
There was a distinct lack of encouragement to pursue extracurricular activity.
Sometimes it felt like it would have helped if we had a mental health counsellor onboard with the department.

Placement Experience:

Techno India University has a strong campus placement. Several students got jobs during the last semester, and I am one of them. Some others choose to wait for better opportunities. Some joined good startups. The package was nominal as we were all freshers. After getting my degree, I planned to pursue corporate experience and then join a lab for my PhD.

Faculties are helpful and kind and the classroom environment is healthy
Classroom, labs and libraries have proper infrastructure
Certificates are provided for participating in conferences or extracurricular activities

Placement Experience:

Placement is provided in final year . Average package offered is 3 to 4 lpa . Paid internship is provided in 3rd year and the placement percentage is more or less ok. After complication i will either pursue Msc or look for a job.

Labs are not well maintained the machines are very slow

In case of my couse everything is coverd but it would have been much better of they focus on practicals more rather than theory. If they make us aware of all the new technologies that are used in the industry.

Study pressure is not that much it will be sufficient to stu61 months before final exam
No strict college there is not compulsory to wear college uniform
Faculty are good they are supportive helpful

College campus is small infrastructure is not good
Placement and internship opportunities is very less
Number of students in each batch is more

Curricullum is quite ok crowd of students are more coding culture should be introduced need of improvement of infrastructure as well in my batch 2023 to 2027 there is total 3 exam in each semester including end sem and 2 test

Likes

Faculty is really good and helping they do help !
Labs are taken on time and is made clear to us very well
Teacher are very good and friendly for us

Dislikes

I disliked the fact that the rooms get too hot during sumer
There should have been one ac that could have turned on in classes during hot , except smart class room and auditorium
Nothing as much , some little stuffs that are everywhere nowadays in college

Exams are generally spaced well throughout the smemstwr allowing adequate time for preperation , how ever the frequenxy can sometimes be overwhelming particulary during peak study periods , but the diffulty level isnt that concerning and they are easy
