Remarks

I find this university amazing as it provides lot of opportunities for the students both in academics and extracurricular activities.

Course Curriculum Overview

There is scope of improvement in academics, no doubt teachers are very helpful but curriculum can be surely updated, overall faculty is experienced, seniors are also very supportive.Teachers will clear all your doubts if you approach them.

Class Size: 84

Placement Experience

KIIT is known for it's placements, however equal chance must be given to all. Equal training must be given to all. There are 1500+ students in CSE branch, and if proper training is given, then all can get placed in great companies. Overalls, placement scenario is good.

College Events

It is amazing people over here are very friendly and supportive, they celebrate every festival, hosts grand fest, they know how to tackle emergency situations, campus is eco-friendly, there are many food courts and gardens.

Campus Life

Infrastructure is excellent, there is no such need of improvement,they provide clean living area, classrooms are equipped with AC and smart boards, labs have all the necessary equipment, hostels are also very clean and beautiful.

A honest review from a student

Placement Experience:

From 7 semester students became eligible for placement. As we instructed in air flipkart is coming .so on startups . Percentage of students getting placed is very minimal like negligible. My plans is to only settle in after getting a job

College is best

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus once they come to 4th yr ie 7th semester. MACLEOD'S PHARMACEUTICAL LTD has visited our colleges and made more offers in production, QA and QC dept. Out of 60 students 10 to 15 students getting placement. My plans after my degree are to approach the company through placement or else directly. Or else if I get qualified in GPAT, NIPER AND NET, then I would be pursuing masters outside Odisha in highly reputed colleges providing more scopes for my future.

This in one of the best colleges in Bhubaneswar. Since the number of students are less i.e nearly 300 students per batch. Thus the teacher student ratio is very good. Even the faculty members are helpful.

The Journey Through KIIT

Kiit is one of the best colleges in east india and has a university ranking of 5 and btech school ranking is 40 all over india. It is the best in terms of infrastructure ,faculty. Journey of 4 years for future

The distance of college from my home is not more. If I talk about the best private college of Odisha, then I must have to say KIIT is holding the 1st rank an the NIRF ranking was also impressive then as like of now. Wherever the placement percentage of other colleges like Techno India, SOA, IEM is arount 70 max to max, here in KIIT it's around nearly 90%. Admission process: By the two ways students can take admission in this college. One of them through KIITEE entrance exam, coordinated by KIIT and another is basis on marks in national exams (JEE main, NEET and all varies course to course). The cutoff for getting CSE branch is 70 percentile. After clearing KIITEE exam students have to pay admission fees of 75000 (new laptop included). I didnot get rejection from another colleges but comparing other colleges with KIIT I chose KIIT because my two cousins were also KIITians and they do job now....Read More
