Remarks

Same state,near to home,new institution,got the branch which I wanted,didnot hve to worry about getting adjusted to new area,culture or cuisines.Also I had friends who got into the same institution so preferred this over others.

Course Curriculum Overview

Latest syllabus,yes there were few industrial trips to show us how things actually happen on-site,the faculty were very supportive and helped us a lot throughout our 4 years journey on canpus.my favourite amoung them was Reshma ma'am

Class Size: 54Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Placement Experience

The placements are all taken care of by a seperate section called the training and placements section that we have on campus.basically they are group of students and faculty that contact companies and take care of all the arrangements and process during interviews and also for students prepartion for exams.

We hqve various clubs for extra curricular activities like painting & photography club,dance club,music club, literature &debate club and few others.we have a technical and cultural fest every year we call Vulcanzy.apart from that we also celebrate almost every festival since our's is an national institute we promote and celebrate all cultures and languages.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no special scholarship for the College but Students and apply scholarships offered by central government.they can apply for epass.for that they need to provide their academic qualifications and their financial statements.

Campus Life

We initially started in a leize building in Vasavi College with 1 admistrative building 1 classroom complex 2 hostels 1 canteen and a sports complex.for the labs and all we used to share them with Vasavi students during there off hours but now we have our own campus.with all new infrastructure and facilities.

Hostel Facilities

Our hostels are very decent with all the necessity taken care of.the mess has both North Indian and south indian cuisines.there is gym in every hostel and a sports section too we also have 24/7 medical availability.the hostels have good hygiene and are maintained properly.

Hostel Fee: INR 35000 per year

Review of My college

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students are eligible to sit in the campus placement. There are a lot of companies that visit my college including Amazon, TCS, Wipro, Quaxy and many more. Number of offers made are above 500. Highest package in 2024 was 40 lpa and average package was 5 lpa. Almost 90 percent of the students were placed. I'll go with placement after my degree.

Placement Experience:

From the third semester onwards students are eligible for the campus placements based on thier performance and cgpa or else they must be placed after four semesters in b. Tech. Many companies like Tesla, Amazon, Google, Infosys, Wipro, .. visit the college annually. Average package is of 8lakh per annum and the highest package is 60lpa. 80 percent of the students get placed at the end of the semester. My plans after the degree is to get a good job offering me a minimum 40lpa and after the will establish my own company in the market.

Placement Experience:

Placements were definitely not subdued as top companies in real estate and Infrastructure building. Both private and government companies and one major company that has started coming from our passout year is Mazgaon Dock. I wish I could make it there but atleast 14 student of our batch were placed there.

Rather than this college I also applied for other colleges nit's in the counseling I got this college because of my rank.i also choose this college because it has good placement percentage and average package.and one more reason is I am a native of Andhra Pradesh so this college will be some near also and the food will be good. College life at NIT-AP

I liked this college because studying at a national institute is every student's dream. It is not that much easy. Particularly, we can't compare these national institutes with other colleges as they are highly prestigious. The main reason why I have chosen this college, we (Andhra) people have 50% reserved seats in the college. Eligibility is students should have to clear their jee mains exam with the best percentile to secure their dream branch. The cut-off will be changed every year. It is around the 93 percentile to achieve a branch in the college for an Oc student. Overall admission process is very smooth and not that complex....Read More
