Course Curriculum Overview

Yes of course, the academic was updated. HOD of journalism and mass communication Mrs Indrani is always very much supportive to the girls and she motivates us for making our future bright, and to be independent.

Placement Experience

New techniques of learning are in force in the college and smart classrooms are also there for better teaching. Alumni networking for job reference are too good.many new startups plans are exposed this year regarding studies and academic and many more things are enforced.

College Events

students are really very much enthusiastic regarding the co-curricular activities as well as the feast which had taken place and students learnt many new things. Muralidhar girls College also pass participates in many in many colleges functions and competitions where we get to know many new things and learn many good things.

Each and everything is very well settled there and students get enough space for studying.big libraries are their prices also present and students get enough space and books for reading.labs are big and spaces is there comfortable for students to practice their experiments.Computer room is also big enough there are to computer laboratories for students for practicing computer.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The syllabus of the course is pretty nice with diversified subjects alsong with specialization subjects in the 3rd and 4th semester. Some compulsory subjects include Tagore Studies and Basics of Communication. The course also includes Development Communication, Online media, Journalism, Gender studies, Advanced Audio Visual Production. The department is well equipped a mac lab but it only have 5 macs. The curriculum also includes Design, UIUX, Graphics design etc, and the curriculum is continuously updating with moden media teachings. The curriculum mostly prepare us for Academic Purposes than Industry.
