Course Curriculum Overview

Placement Experience
All the major hospitality companies do visit during campus placement, namely Oberoi Group of Hotels, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Intercontinental Hotels, Marriott, Novotel, Swissotel and many others. Elite Retail chains like Calvin Klein, Gucci, Armani, etc do visit. Placement usually consists of 2 or 3 rounds, namely GD, PI and lastly salary negotiation. This college has one of the strongest and most prominent alumnis of the industry. Starting from Chef Parvinder Singh Bali, Ms. Ranju Alex, Mr. Anjan Chatterjee (owner of Speciality Restaurants), Chef Rongon Neogi and many others.
College Events
IHMK hosts both sports and cultural events. The annual food festival is the largest food festival of Eastern India. IHM Olympics and other inter college sports meets also take place once in a year. Campus Life
Infrastructure is comparatively better than most of the other colleges. Inter college sports meet, cultural events are hosted. WiFi is provided, access to a lot of premium and helpful content in the library, labs are updated with the latest equipment used in the industry.
