IHM KOLKATA overall review

When i was there fees was approx 4 lakhs now it's increasing batch wise. You will get free one time meal from college side. There is a hostel facility also. If you want to live in hostel there is a separate fees for that. It will be helpful for new or 1st year student.

Fees increases accordingly to the state. In IHM Kolkata fees for each Semester is 78k which becomes nearly 5L for the whole course . Caution fees as per I know is 8k which we will be getting back after the completion of the course. Registration fees will be mentioned in the NCHM website during the exams and after the exams. For the other categories there are no extra fees everyone pays the same. Scholarships are not for General category other categories can opt for scholarship. There is a brochure which you can get from the ihmkol website. Students go for Industrial training in the 2nd yr and Campusing placements start from 3rd yr.

Yearly Fees: INR 100000/- Approx Enrollment Fee: INR 1800/- Admission Fee: INR 1500/- Tution Fee: INR 39,700/- IGNOU Fee: INR 12700/- Examination fee: INR 2500, Caution Money: INR 4000/- Tution Fee is to be paid every semester, IGNOU fee once a year, Examination fee every semester, Caution money is one time deposit which is refundable at the end of course. Enrollment fee and Admission fee is one time payment only.

My College.

The College fees comes along with the hostel fees. So it will cost something around 420000 for the entire 3 years course. The hostel fees are also included in this amount. The College atmosphere is good the faculty is very knowledgeable and they know their subjects to the core.

Hotel heaven

Total feel for 1st sem is 96515 which is inclusive of tuition fee, registration fee etc . After this we need to pay 78000 per sem . So the total fees is accumulated to be 486515 rs only. There are various scholarships available as per category in the website of the college . This is a government institution under the Ministry of tourism , government of India .

The fee structure is comparatively lesser than the other private colleges providing hotel management courses and you will see an increase in fee from the advancement of the semester. There are 6 semesters overall in three years and you have to pay fees separately for each semester during 5 semesters you will have wonderful jobs in the hotel or retail sectors with a good salary package and you will also avail of scholarships if you are eligible for the terms and conditions of the scholarships.

If your score is above 90% on your boards you could apply for a scholarship. The college hikes the fees every 4-5 years due to inflation. College helps students to get their internship in 2nd year as it has various sources with top hotels! I was placed in ITC Royal Bengal and got a stipend of? 1500, yes Due to COVID the stipend was this low, but job packages were like average of 2.5 LPA, I did not take one as I decided to do higher studies.
