Course Curriculum Overview
Academics is too hectic here... You get frequent exams class tests... And the marks distribution is like 20 percent for mid sem 50 percent for end sem and 30 percent for internals like classtest attendance and your attitude
Internships Opportunities
There are summer internships available you in june and july in fields of Earth Science, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics,computer science and biology. I don't know much about the stipend and all but ....
Placement Experience
It's a research Institute so no one really thinks about placements but still there's a placement cell in college and it tries it's best get as many company as they can... Placements are decent in chemistry maths and biology
Fees and Financial Aid
I paid 1 lakh 10 thousand. For SC-ST the fee is around 9 thousand per sem. Here you get inspire fellowship (given to top 1 percent students of the board). And also you get some scholarships when you score good. You can always apply for scholarships like reliance and all...
Campus Life
Club activities and other functions are really frequent... And there are also frequent tech fest... Science fair and all... And all the groups clubs are run by student body... But when it comes to infrastructure it's getting older...
Hostel Facilities
The hostel fees is quite low so they're really affordable.. In food there are many options but if you're a vegetarian then it's difficult for you to be here.... Registration and all quite simple and smooth
Admission
I got confimation for NIT Bhopal but i choose IISER. The admission process here is you have to give IAT exam and you're eligible after 12th to 2nd dropper. About cutoff it varies for different iisers here it's around 130 marks for us(generals).
Faculty
The course structure here is like... In first year you have CS, ES, P, C, M, B. In 3rd sem you choose 3 premajor. 4th sem 2 premajor. 5th sem you get your major. And in 5th year you do Master thesis.
