IISER COLLEGE ONE SHOT

I was preparing for the medical exam in 2014-2016, i appeared in 2016 AIPMT exam 2016, but did not get better college and so i heard about IISER exam that we can we go for higher study from here. i was interested that i can go to the medical research after completing my degree from IISER. yes we can go to ICMR and research field in any department if you have qualified from IISER with your dedication. you can go foreign for higher study like Phd. There shoud be more laboratry so that it easy for individual practices. The exam taken in IISER is semester wise with fraction like mid sem and end sem. with the perfect schedule. The exam of IISER is good level in each deparments.

IISERs fee in 2016 was low so it may be it has increased now. The total fee of mine was aroud 4 lakh including my mess and pokcet money as i had rservation. 1 lakh tution fee for 5 years and around 3 lakh for the mess and pocket money. There is fellowship for of 5000 for top 1 percentile students and the policy might changed for now so i cant comments on it more. There is TA benfits for students when yougo in 3rd year you will have oppourtunity to be TA in respective departments and professor and for this you will get a stipend from professor monthly.

yes, IISER is good at all aspects in the all topics mentioned here from club to social life and cultural events and sports. There is approx every month an event conduted, like science fest, fresher party, Inquevesta, Kishna janam astami, Holi, each state cultural events like Onam for kerla, Makarsakranti from bihar, pongal,also from west bengal and orrisa and punjab. The IISER Classroom is like A grade like IITs with good projectors and large hall for classroom and for convocation there is large auditorium for 2000 people can seat one time. There is every sports except hockey and 2-3 sports. There is tournament for Inter IISER Sports called IISM which conducted every year in which IIT also join also there is dance competition programme held bewteen IISERs.

The students need to qualify 12th exam from first class you can search the for latest criteria for appear for the exam.I got application form from cyber cafe near my room in patna. as i had no cell phone that time. Generally the application form released in the may first week and the exam conducted in the june month and after that counselling happend on the basis of AIR. In Previous year IISER selection was by three modes, IISER Aptitude test, JEE Advanced rank, KVPY. But now only one mode is happening only by IISER test rank. if you are interested to take admission in IISERs so keep prepared at NEET and JEE level question. you will have to study PCMB for good rank. you cant get good rank by either PCM or PCB.

The faculty to students ratio is perfect.As each IISER have almost 200 seats specially IISER Kolkata,so faculty gets interacted to each students usually in class. After class there is doubt sessnion class by TA, so it creates a good bonding between students and Faculty and TA. It is very helpful and its create a good learning approch towards students.
