Remarks
All experience was good except one. There was a male staff PRO, a very arrogant and psycho man. It was very odd to see a male in 100s of ladies. I was unwell n had a small surgery was on complete bed rest. I was supposed to submit my journals for practicals which I could not do on my own. As the last date was arriving I had requested my husband to submit it in college along with a medical certificate. This PRO did not accept my journal saying how can you justify this medical certificate is genuinely given by a doctor. To my knowledge, no medical certificate is complete without the doctor's name and registration number. He ill-treated my husband who had only been there to drop the project, my husband also being a practicing lawyer managed to ensure my project was submitted somehow. Only the worst experience ever their.
Course Curriculum Overview
The semester system was there. Course divided into 4 semesters. Yes, the staff was very much capable enough. Even though I don't remember the name of any teachers but I am sure many future students would have learned alot from them. Unfortunately, we did not have any campus selection at that time as far as I remember.
Placement Experience
I was unfortunate enough at that time. And maybe the next back would have got the chance. I was working at that time.
College Events
Most populations of LLM are already working. I did not attend many. Yes, I do recollect saree day I attended once. Studying with working life didn't allow me to enjoy much college life and the environment. Yes, Teachers day I had participated once. Lectures gave special time to students as per need was one good sign.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Yes, the fee structure was very simple and feasible. I paid my fees half-yearly basis. The admission system was based on a merit list no extra donation or charges were charged. Based on merit admission was given. I was fortunate enough to get one on the merit list.
Fees and Financial Aid
No, I don't recollect anything of the kind. I never applied for any. But am sure SNDT might be giving such opportunity to needy students
Campus Life
It's a women's University so no question arises of gender equality. All girls and the facility provided to them were good. Tight security, no male allowed inside. Girl's hostel was needy ones. Huge Canteen with hygiene products and food, cleanliness awesome. Greenery all around made the university look awesome.
Alumni/Alumna
No experience as such. Never got the chance to meet anyone. Earlier LLM course was in Mumbai, later shifted to Santacruz University campus. Ours was the 1st batch in Santacruz so didn't get the chance to meet seniors.
Admission
Pursuing a master after LLB was my interest. College timings here were in the morning at 7.30-10.30 am. I was working in a law firm situated at fort, Mumbai and this was the best opportunity for me to complete studies without affecting my job. Being a women's schooling gave a more safe environment too. Teachers and their teaching skills were so eye-catching, studies made it easier. I am thankful to the college.
Faculty
As mentioned above I don't remember the professor's names but yes they were competent enough. I hardly remember count but yes almost 4-5 I think. HOD was PHd, LLM I could recollect. The staff was very punctual I remember. Many of them were practicing Advocates I believe.
