Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum and the subjects that are been listed for Post graduation are good and all are trending technologies, the problem is with the teachers. Library is very spacious with large number of books and internet connection is provide which is of very low speed.

Placement Experience

3.5

I'm still in the year where internships are yet to come for even internships there will be interviews as of now there are around 3 companies that have sent the requirments still the process is not yet done completely. Yes the students were trained on aptitude and on the other interview processes, they've a company tied up with them for placement they're taking care of it.

College Events

4

Many events are celebrated like Ethnic day college day and many events will be organised by different branches of the college accordingly inviting students from different colleges will be invited for the events and the college is more social ie more participting in the social events like cleaning the locality or some peaceful march for different causes drawing the attentionof the elected representative to take actions.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Very expensive, like the fees that I'm paying for doing Masters is 4lakhs for 2yrs which is not worthy if you consider their teaching staff and the facility that are been given if you consider the Labs no systems are that worthy all are old model and for namesake they're in the Lab for show off kind, we can't run large applications like Anaconda, eclipse or Netbeans, it is very necessary to have your own laptop or PC if you're willing to do studies here moving on to cafetaria, it is there but of no use nothing is eatable and even costly Hotels around the college provide better food if compared.

Fees and Financial Aid

It's very problematic the scholarship will be credited to the college account and to get that money from them is going to be a story for another Mission imposible story.

Campus Life

You can find very divorce ethnicity among Indians itself in the college and even you can find a separate class for foreigners, coming to gender ratio if you take whole college thery're almost equal but in some post graduates classes the boys ratio is more compared to classes.

Hostel Facilities

No as I'm a resident of this place I've not opted for Hostel from the friends that I've heard the hostel is costly is what they say but they're provided with good food and many of the students would like to take home for rent and they'll split between themselves which is affordable also compared to college hostel.

Alumni/Alumna

You can find them on Linkedin and if they're in the college who're passing out you can go and speak in person.

Admission

I had done BCA in Seshadripuram college after which I was looking for IT jobs and realised just with Graduation won't be selected for the job that I'm looking for so opted MCA in Jain college(many used to say that placements are good in here) but the teaching is not up to the mark where as the syllabus are of high standard, but teachers are not that well educated only few teachers you can find who are knowledgable rest of them are the people who didn't get placed in any company for name sake doing jobs as lecturers in the college ruining students carrer some of them doesn't know how to speak English with that profeciancy they're all ruining up the college name.

Faculty

2

When you get into college individually and some are available on social media, some good teachers will even provide their contact number and all are kept connected in Whatsapp groups, after this lockdown even on Zoom, coming to expertise of teachers only a very few are experienced and rest all are not knowledgable only.

The college is new so there is no placement report of the 4th year batch. but the placement report of the scaler academy has an average of 26 LPA. the internship report of the second year batch is pretty impressive with 96% students did atleast one internship with an average of 30k per month without any tech background before coming to the college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum at Scaler School of Technology is one of the key reasons. I chose this program. The projects and assignments are very practical and similar real start-up-like curriculum prepares a well for job roles in the top deck. Companies' concepts like DSA, oops, DBMS operating system and even an interview role built into the structure.
