Remarks

Good teaching faculty, excellent placements, an environment of discipline and good education with is accompanied by good jobs. The background of the students are also good and all are dilligent. The infrastructure is also commendable.

Course Curriculum Overview

Excellent. The academics, placements parts is the best when it comes to your mind. Most of our faculty is mixed with old experienced ones and new young ones which have a teaching enthusiasm and is always ready to help out the students.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 550000 per year

Placement Experience

Around 800 students were placed in companies like Cognizant, TCS, Wipro among others but after the lockdown it came down to 500.

College Events

The college is Excellent when it comes to placements, education, faculty and everything but it lacks in campus life. The environment is of a primary school where everything is too much ordered for and lacks total college endeavour and environment.

Should I Choose IEM.

Placement Experience:

Eligibility for placement is from 3rd year,with tier 1 companies visiting like Google, Amazon along with mass requiters like TCS, Capgemini, Wipro etc.Last year heights placement package was 72LPA offered to 15 students and average was 2-3 LPA.

Heritage Law College is Lovely!!

Placement Experience:

Number of students who have been placed is far less than what it should be ideally. Kolkata is a paradise for law practice as it is the largest city of India and lawyers have always been in demand here. Still only 30% of the students are placed here and that's a big issue considering the name of our college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is backdated and should be improvised as it doesn't give any exposure of present industry knowledge. The frequency of exams is that exams are held after 6 months on semester basis and are easy to pass and majority of the students pass this semester easily.

Decent government college which needs to improve.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is obviously outdated and the knowledge we get through it, is bookish and does not apply to present industry methods. This way we are given no exposure to the real life industry knowledge. The exams are held on semester basis after every 6 months and are easy and manageable.

If you come to this college this college is good the teachers are friendly and you will get the campus from the college if you study hard.

You can take admission in UEM Kolkata through IEMJEE Entrance Test or Direct Admission by giving 10,000/-. Provide decent jobs to most students. Faculties are helpful and teach well. You can issue 3 books at a time from the library once your library card is made. Classes are held to enhance your communication skills. A lot of items in the canteen and cafeteria. No ragging. There is no ground to play. Very strict rules, has a lot of restrictions. Most students call it a jail, cause you cannot bunk classes. But believe me, it will shape you into a good human being and you will also get placed if you put your effort.
