Course Curriculum Overview

Course Curriculum is provided by SAARC countries. Exam are held on semester basis. Master of Arts in International Relations is a 2 year course almost covering UPSC syllabus and all other countries Civil Services syllabus. There will be overall 4 semester exams.

Placement Experience

The college do no have any placement for the Master of Arts course. The placement are only conducted in Engineering and Management colleges but this college do no have any of this facilities. Students often chose to pursue their doctorate from the college .

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee Structure is provided by the University which is decided by the SAARC countries on a whole. At present it's 68000 per annum. It's feasible, along with this per semester you have to pay examination fees ranging from 600-900. If you are from outside India the fees for the hostel can be a little expensive.

Campus Life

There are a range of societies in the college. Dance, Art, Debating, Quiz, Singing, Photography, magazines writing and so on. Various social community camp are also there in college. The college sports week is a very famous sports event in the college.

Alumni/Alumna

Senior students are very helpful, Alumni Network is not that strong. But one can get every possible information from seniors of there respective course, infact all these department fest and College election happen for this purpose.

Admission

The application process for admission in SAU is common for all courses. Candidates can apply from SAU?s official website. The entrance test is common for all the country students and the level of questions are moderate.

Faculty

Faculty is quite good infact SAU is often credited to have one of the best faculty for Arts courses. Students from the International Relations department have won Gold medal from University and the college exams are structured very well by the industry experts.

Placement Experience:

The college placement is very good if a student is average thenhe will easily grab a package of a around Rs 600000 easily and the highest package of our college is around 12 to 13 lakhs and also we have the opportunity to also sit in main campus college placement so if a student really want placement then he will get easily

USME DTU Economics Hons review

Placement Experience:

placement and internship fares are regularly conducted on campus where various companies which are mostly start-ups visit to recruit students for internships and entry level roles. Students become eligible for internships from the first year itself. placement opportunities are generally available after the completion of the full degree and only final year. Students are eligible to apply for full-time rules. last during our last internship and placement fair over 20 companies visited and recruited almost 150 candidates.There are no separate records distinguishing internship from placement.The highest package reported for economics honours is around 12 lakhs per annum and the average package is approximately five lakhs per annum.As per my future plans,I intend to pursue a masters degree after completing my undergraduate course.

The placement here inDTU is quite decent Various tech companies and companies of finance and consulting in non tech domain as well as core roles are also offered. The students are eligible for campus placement from 3rd year onwards starting from internships and placements in 4th year , students are free to apply internships from 1st year onwards the hods and faculties are quite supportive in providing the LOR. The proffs of core branches are supportive in providing research opportunities also And famous companies like EY, JP Morgan Chase and ICICI Bank as well as all tech companies recruite from DTU , and because of the brand name of college there are several off campus opportunities too

DTU has a calming effect!

Placement Experience:

For USME, FMCG and Financial companies are the ones which are put in place. The only reason is that those are the companies where we can add value and placements of both courses of USME happens together and combined if I say around 75% students are placed. My plan though is to join GIPE after my graduation ends this year.

DTU USME is as good as it's engineering college.

Placement Experience:

DTU because East campus is more known for USME placements revolve around us. Now core companies of our sectors are the ones that deals with finance, insurance or stocks. So nearly 20-30 companies of that space or sector hires over 100 students of BAE every year.

From 5th semester student are eligible to sit for campus placement . The placement cell of Sri Venkateswara College is good and brings some big names like big 4 for placement The highest package was around 24+LPA and average is around 7-8 LPA for a variety of courses . Our college has a very active and effective placement cell. Major companies like Goldman Sachs, Bain among many others come on campus for not just placements but also internships. Admission Process: 1. Direct Mode- it is through jee and other similar level exams conducted by different countries 2. Entrance mode- The university conducts its very own entrance exam on the basis of these two, you can apply (you can also apply for both). After this merit lists are produced. If you decide to take admission, you need to pay the fee during the given time frame. After the fee payment date ends, as per the left sets, the next merit list is produced. All the 8 SAARC countries have equal number of seats. However, the seats left vacant from one country can be given to the others. Mostly, they get included in India. South Asian University- an emerging giant in the race

The entrance examination for admission is moderate. The cutoff is 50-60% ranging according to the marks obtained. There is no reservation benefits and is purely merit based.
