Course Curriculum Overview

The Master of Business Administration course in our college was a course of two years. I did the course in hotel management. There were several exams that we had to give but it was never hectic because there was enough gap between two semesters.

Placement Experience

5

Our college had offered a very good placement to us. We were very much satisfied with the job opportunities that we got. In our batch, almost 95% of the students got placed in several reputed hotels and private companies.

College Events

4

When we were in the first year, our seniors had given us a nice freshers party which we all had enjoyed very much. We had also arranged a farewell party for them. Apart from these programs, our college had also arranged some cultural events every year.

Fee Structure And Facilities

My entire course fees was around 1.26 Lakh. Though the fees was a little expensive, it was reasonable according to all the facilities and the placement opportunities that we were getting in our college.

Campus Life

In my batch, there were many students who belonged from different casts, religions and some of them were even from different states. But there were a great unity in all of us. We were all friends together and helped each other whenever it was necessary.

Admission

I had always wanted to read in this college. After completing my graduation, I had applied for MBA course through online. On the basis of my result in my graduation, they had prepared a merit list of the selected candidates. My name was there on the first list.

Faculty

5

The faculty members of my department were great. All the professors were very compassionate and helpful. They had always encouraged us to ask questions whenever we had any doubts. The guest lecturers too were very good.

The course curriculum was good. But it should be better by including more practical and site visits for better learning. The exams were not that much difficult you can pass easily. Exam frequency was also good

The Electrical Engineering course curriculum is quite comprehensive, covering key areas like circuit analysis, electronics, and power systems, which has well-prepared me for real-world applications, although incorporating more hands-on projects and industry insights could further enhance its relevance.

Very few students get placement in my college. Students from 6 semester are eligible for campus placement. NEEPCO and OIL are the one who frequently visit NERIST with placement offers. A minimum of 7.5 CGPA is needed for placement offers.
