Course Curriculum Overview

The three year degree actually consisted of a one-year diploma and a two-year advanced diploma. The subject matter was interesting and important in an industrial sense. The topics included were engaging and helpful skills were learnt.

Placement Experience

3.5

There are great placements opportunities in the college. Firms such as JBL Tools, Subros Limited, ACC Concrete, Flour Daniel Ltd., Uttam Toyota, L&T (ECCD), Asian Paints, Asia Motors and Orlicon visit the college for recruiting students from the mechanical stream. The college also helps us prepare with workshops on personality development, career after diploma, interview techniques and preparation for group discussions

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee for the first year is 28,000 rupees, and 25,000 rupees per year for the next two years. This isn't too high an amount, and normally students would be able to afford studying here. In all, it's a feasible amount, when taking the infrastructure and the placements into consideration.

Campus Life

There's sports facilities available in the college, as well as an NCC chapter. The help of ISRO's EDUSAT technology is evident in high quality teaching through IP based technology. There are gym facilities on campus, and a library and canteen, as well as wi-fi all round. Workshops were held regularly, on topics like entrepreneurship, CAD technology, investment, etc.

Admission

An entrance test, called CET Delhi has to be given for admission to the college. The application was made after results came out for the examination, and I took admission in the Mechanical Engineering stream as I had a real interest there.

Faculty

3.5

The faculty members were alright. They helped understand all the topics and also to develop skills. I was able to do well in the exams and the course thanks to their help. They never turned their back when we went to them for any help, and classes were regular.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The MBBS curriculum is mostly standard, but its relevance is super high because of the massive patient load at SJH. That clinical exposure is the key thing that prepares you for both real life and NEET PG later—that’s why I chose VMMC. Improvements? We need less lecturing and more interactive case discussions and maybe more emphasis on research. Exams are non-stop, seriously! We have internals/semester exams every 3-4 months. They are tough (50% passing), but they force you to study well for the final big Proffs. It’s tiring, but it works.

Course Curriculum Overview:

When I was studying, students were doubling down to study Software engineering, no matter which stream they belong too. But now, Electronics and Communication has become an important area to study as it holds promosing carreer options in the age of AI where we need Chips and hardware design, server management. People in mechanical engineering can excel if they focus on building something rather than just studying. In order to prepare for real world applications, one has to do a lot of things rather than sticking to only one persuit. I don't have much to suggest something in course carriculam and this college has best teaching methods regardless what they are taught. Students have ample time to do things they like in every semister. Studying for nearly 2 weeks before sessional exams and 1 month before final exams is enough and rest of the time can be dedicated into building something important.
