Course Curriculum Overview

The duration of my masters course was two years. There were several exams that we had to give in the entire course. Our teachers had also taken our class tests frequently to monitor our performances in class.

Placement Experience

3.5

We did not receive any direct placement offers from our college. We were guided by our professors regarding the job opportunities. Our professors had made us well equipped so that we can a job just after finishing our degree.

College Events

4

When we were in first year, our seniors had given us a very nice freshers party. We had also given them a nice farewell party. Apart from these programs, our college had always celebrated many cultural programs with us.

Fee Structure And Facilities

My entire course fees was around 7000 rupees, which is extremely economic. I did not experience in problem in paying the fees since it was super affordable. We had to pay the fees every year in increments.

Campus Life

In my class, there was more boys than the girls. But, we had never experienced any kind of discrimination in our class. We had got equal opportunities in everything. We had also enjoyed participating in the sports events organized by our college.

Alumni/Alumna

Our seniors were fabulous. We also had a social media group with our seniors. They had helped us in every way possible. Some of my seniors had shared their study materials with me, which really helped me to get good score in my exams.

Admission

I had always wanted to do my masters degree from this college. After completing my graduation with quite decent marks, I took an admission in this college. My selection was done through an entrance exam, which was conducted by the college faculty.

Faculty

5

We were really lucky that we had the most amazing professors in our department. Our professors had never differentiated between us. They had always treated us equally. All our professors were highly qualified and they taught really well.

The placement scenario in our college is quite decent, especially for core branches like mechanical engineering. student become eligible for campus placement from the 7th semester onward. the college has a dedicated training and placement cell that helps students improve their technical and communication skill to work shops and mock interviews. Several reputed companies visit the campus every year, including TCS Infosys, tech Mahindra, and loid metals ,etc. around 60 to 70% of student from mechanical branch get placed either through campus recruitment or off campus drives. The highest package offer is usually around 6 to 7 LPA, while the average package lies between 3 to 4 LPA depending on students performance and skill set. some students also choose to pursue higher studies or prepare for government exams like GATE and UPSC after completing their degree.

SCOE has a strong record of attracting mass recruiters, especially for the IT and Computer Science branches. An aggregate score of 60% or higher (or 6.0+ CGPA). So many companies are coming for placements in college campus such as TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro, Accenture, Nvidia and etc. international companies offers, such as ?27 LPA+ from companies like Japan Third Party. In college web site they can say 90% or even 100% students get placed but honestly 70 to 80% students get placed with average package 6LPA. And some students have high package because of his/her afferts. Just I enrolled in first year as engineering students my first goal is get 9+ CGPA.

Placement Experience:

Placements at Mulund College of Commerce are fairly good especially after the college received autonomous status. Some of the well known companies like Deloitte, KPMG etc visited. The average package is around approx. 3,00,000 per annum. In my case I'm currently pursuing CA along with my B.com degree so my focus is more on completing my CA course and gaining practical training rather than the immediate placement. The college provides a good support for students like me through flexible schedules, guidance and internship exposure. Overall, MCC prepares students well for both employment and professional qualifications helping us build a strong foundation for future career growth.
