Remarks

The college does not have any negative remarks. The college infrastructure is good and the college overall experience is also really nice. The college is dedicated to the research for architecture field and aims in producing highly efficient artitects.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is highly advanced and the course syllabus is pretty informative. It allows the students to learn a diverse topics and concepts. The exam pattern is fairly tough and is conducted every semester.

Placement Experience

The placements and job opportunities are really high in this college. Many companies and organization conduct their drives and hire almost 90% the batch students. The overall experience of placements recruitment is really nice and the college offers special trainings to clear the placements.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is really affordable and is not expensive in my opinion. The college provided a standard education when compared for the fees demand they putforth. I had to pay around 30,000 INR per year.

Campus Life

There are unaccountable number of events conducted in the college. The activities includes festival celebrations, cultural programs and annual fests. The labs sessions of the college are amazing. They helps us explore the concepts practically and engage us to think out of the box.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facilities are an added on this college for students who are not the residents of Chandigarh. The hostel rentals are not expensive and is reasonable. The hostel facilities are good and the mess good is also delicious.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network is good in this college. The alumnus mostly visit the college to give us guest lectures and seminars. They mostly present their work and share their life lessons to us. The seniors are so nice and always help us all the situations.

Admission

The admission process of this college is conducted online. You have to fill the admission form online with all the required details along with the necessary documents and then wait for the call. The selection is based on the merit and if selected they will inform you about the admission.

Faculty

The faculties are well qualified and are the people who had completed almost their post-doctoral degrees. The professors are really good and their teaching methodology for all types of concepts are really amazing. The adapt to the flow and teach very well.

Learning and Growth at PGGC-11

Placement Experience:

The students can sit for placements in their final year of course. The tricity based companies come for campus placements for jobs that need strong communication skills and basic knowledge of their domain. The maximum package that was offered goes up to 5 LPA, and the average packages are lower than this arounf 3 LPA. I wanted to go for Post Graduation so did not opt for campus placement.

Students are eligible for placement from 6th semester onwards most of the big companies do visit our campus like apple Flipkart Microsoft Google airbus and most of the big companies come in our placement I package for electrical branch in 2025 was 52 lpa and the average median package remained about 13 LPA for2025 the data isn't out yet but typically 72to 75 percent students get placed in my branch my plans after the degree is to get a stable corporate job of 18+lpa

Course Curriculum Overview:

1. Flexibility of course and type it has to be done . For further academic pursuits definitely yes but for real world application as of now except computer application there is no real world application of this as of physics it is more derivation type topic is covered in the first semester as of now. I course should be designed to prepare for real world application not the old school craming and derivation type. Exam happen twice a year in april and in novembor-december and of moderate level

Placement Experience:

The placement process is began and ended only in third semester as forth semester is for internship. Mostly the companies from tricity visits here like edifecs, chicmic, inno8 etc. MCA students from PU Chandigarh, regional center (Hoshiarpur and Muktsar) students and MSC students sit together for the placements. The highest package from last year was 17 LPA and this year till date is 7.25 LPA. Average package is 4LPA.

My Honest Review for P.U.

Placement Experience:

The semester in which students are eligible for campus placements vary from department to department. In my course, students are eligible for campus placements in their 3rd semester. For the 2022-24 batch, 17 companies visited the department for placement which includes American express, josh, mediatek and more tri City companies. The highest package was offered to a student by mediatek of 17 lpa. 63 % of the students gets placed from previous batch. I am planning to get a descent placement after the degree.
