Course Curriculum Overview

The whole course focused on dairy technology, with a three year long course. There were 4 to 5 subjects each semester with the external and internal along with the practical taken at the end of each semester. The curriculum was overall very easy but required a lot of hard work.

Placement Experience

4.5

The college arranged placements at the end of last year where different well-known companies and organisations came to interview us. 80% of the students used to get placed with an average package of Rs.12 lakhs per annum, famous brands like mother dairy, Amul, Paras came to interview.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees could be submitted to semester wise in the form of demand draft or other online mode of payments but no cash was accepted. The total course fees was around Rs.70,000 for four years approximately including all the expenses but not hostel.

Campus Life

The college was beautifully constructed with good infrastructure and had spacious playgrounds were all kinds of sports could be played. There were equal number of boys and girls at the campus with the great diversity but secularism among the people. Students organised various clubs like music, theatre, debate clubs. It was a ragging free campus.

Admission

I apply to this college where I got the forms from the official desk itself. After filling up my details I submitted the form at the university and got the dates for my entrance examination which was conducted by the college. Only those students who secured more than 60% in their 12th board examinations were eligible to apply. I got selected for the BTech course.

Faculty

4.5

The teachers of the college were well qualified and were PhD holders in respective fields with a lot of experience in the course. The faculty was very helpful and guided us all along the curriculum, they gave the recommendation letters for those students who wanted to pursue jobs or education from a higher level institute.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I prefer this college mainly beacuse of the number of patients over there. Well apart from being a doctor this also prepares us to face real social struggles.there are lot of oppurtunities after bds we can go through. I think the main areas for improvement in curriculum and teaching methods is that we should be aware of the problems that gonna happen as well as we should be taught with the moden dentustry. Currently the syllabus we following are old and should be prepared with modern dentistry. Exams are happening as per schedule. Its a 3 hour exam and we should finish within the particular time period.
