Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is focused in providing students with the exposure of the complexities and how to handle them in different segments of fashion and apparel industries. The subjects which are taught during the 4 year course is advanced draping, computer aided design, introduction to fashion technology and fashion sketching, Fashion accessory, element of color and design, history of arts and fashion, design minor studio etc. The duration of the course is 4 years which is further divided into 8 semesters. It provides the student an integrated approach to designing rather than just producing specialists and provide flexibility so that the students can work across a wide range of design areas and can explore their creative sites.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees for 4 years is around 11 LPA. The hostel charges are around 30,000 which needs to be paid every year. A one time registration fees and security deposit amount is to be paid at the start of the college. Thus the fees is a little bit expensive for me.

Bank lone is also offered to the students for the educational purposes. Scholarships is also awarded to students whose family income does not exceed 3 LPA.

Workshops and programs on fashion products and accessories, garment industry, changing trends, footwear industry etc are organised regularly in our department.

After you have cleared the exam, you will be called for a personal interview round and a merit list will be prepared based on your marks in the entrance tests. 5% seats are reserved for the SC/ST/OBC category.

Faculty

The teachers of the college are PHD holders in their subjects and they have more than 10 years of teaching experience in their course. They tell us about the foundation of the fashion and textile industry so that we become professional managers & designers in the fields of fashion. The guest faculty also tells us about their experience and how we should learn to integrate design concepts within the cultural, social, environmental and ethical contexts.

For ECE students - university shd mandate Satellite communication and VLSI Technology a compulsory as it's a kind of core subjects and in every PSU as well as govt exams , questions from this subject always been asked by authorities. Course Curriculum Overview:

As the faculty teachers and all the staff was very good and the faculty teachers of the science were very fabulous in education causes me to choose this course... The curriculum here was in terms of social interaction was ok but it was not that good for the future real world academic pursuits as their were not that much activities for the social appearance... In terms of course curriculum and teaching method this college doesn't need much improvements because it is much better according to teaching method , as the teachers were good in terms of teaching... The timing and frequency was having much gap between one semester exam and the other semester exam , so there were not much difficulty in giving exams according to my perspective...
