Course Curriculum Overview
The course (ba llb) is very enriching and supportive for students with humanities background. The college curriculum is structured as per a law student it provides theoretical application very well. The syllabus is covered timely before the exams so we have ample amount of time for revision
Internships Opportunities
Delhi Metropolitan Education (DME), Noida offers structured internship opportunities through its Training and Placement Cell, with students typically starting internships from the second year and mandatory internships in later stages of the course. The college has tie-ups with companies like Amazon, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Genpact, Byju’s, Airtel, HCL, Bank of America, and The Times of India, offering roles such as legal intern, digital marketing intern, HR intern, content writer, media trainee, and business development associate. The stipend usually ranges from ?5,000 to ?20,000 per month, although some internships are unpaid but provide valuable experience and certification. Students work on practical projects like legal research and drafting, social media campaign management, market research, and client handling, which help develop essential professional skills such as communication, analytical thinking, and teamwork. Overall, these internship opportunities play a crucial role in enhancing industry exposure and bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world application.
Placement Experience
In the college we have a designated internship cell which actively provides internship for law students throughout the semester. For placement, pre placement offer starts coming in last semester. Also college conduct placement drives for final year students where tier 1,2,and 3 law firms come and select students and offers reasonable package for freshers.
Fees and Financial Aid
In my first year (2023) i paid around 1lakh 20 thousand which also included fees for value additional courses and a kit presentee by the college comprising of coat, shirt, collar t-shirt, pen, bag etc. Currently in my 3rd year the fees has been reduced as compared to 1st year. The fees is lower for category student as compared to general
Campus Life
In the college we have several societies and club and in each society regular events takes place include visits also as per society you are part of. Annual event also happen inside the college where each society has opportunities to present. The library is also vas and includes books as per courses apartment from that it also has novels.
Admission
I was thinking to apply for Trinity College at dwarka or dme, but due to time and distance dme was preferable so i chose this college. There was no rejection from other college. I applied in dme only. For admission to law course whether it is ba or bba, clat exam is mandatory now, and scholarship is available for students who scored more than 82 percent in their 12th boards.
Faculty
The faculties are very supportive. There is no such faculty who is rude to students all are very kind and generous in their own ways. As for the exam pattern there are two papers- internals 1 which are for 20 marks and interals 2 which are for 30 marks. There is a psda assignment for 15 marks and class attendance carry 5 marks per subject. So in total 40 marks are alloted to college
Night Life
The nightlife around Delhi Metropolitan Education (DME), Noida (Sector 62) is relatively calm but comfortable and student-friendly. Inside the campus, facilities like the library, gym, cafeteria, and public areas usually close by evening, after which academic activity reduces, and hostel students must follow fixed in-timings with proper security and wardens. After classes, students mostly unwind outside the campus at nearby spots such as Sector 62 market, B-Block market, and areas around the Electronic City metro station, which are popular for chai, street food, and casual hangouts. Some cafés and food outlets stay open late, making them ideal for late-night conversations or study sessions, while bigger outings often take place in Sector 18, malls, or Indirapuram. The nightlife is not very flashy or club-oriented but revolves around food, friends, and relaxed socializing. The locality is considered relatively safe due to the presence of offices, good lighting, and regular public moveme
