Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum of B.A (English) is well researched and structured focused on making us attain proficiency in the use of the English language in the different spheres and contexts. And as the college is affiliated to Gauhati University for graduate programs so as per the university the course is divided in 6 Semistars (3 years).
Placement Experience
The college provides with training for job or placements after competing of our graduation. But however placements opportunities from the college are very limited. Most of My seniors have searched for jobs on their own.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees structure of my college is feasible we don't have to pay much. The fees is structured as semistar wise. Every Semistar we have to pay some Rs. 7,500-8000 and the education quality of this college is worth it to be paid this amount of fees.
Fees and Financial Aid
My college provide with enough scholarships opportunities based on the caste or based on the income of the students family. Students can also claim various scholarships under the State & National Government Schemes.
Campus Life
There is no discrimination based on gender or religion in my college. However scholarships opportunities in my college are provided caste based. Because of which equal opportunities of the same isn't available for all the students. Otherwise everyone is treated equally here.
Admission
I filled the application for admission online which was on their website, The basic eligibility criteria for admission in this college is to pass 10+2 or equivalent, in related subject, with first division (at least 60%). And the selection Is made through counseling based on the merit in 10+2
Faculty
The faculty of my college is well qualified all of them have done there post graduation in there particular subject. And some of them have also done there Phd. Also the professors are well trained and are experienced.
