Course Curriculum Overview

The course is well set with all the details kept in mind. They have a proper way of evaluation which includes projects, tests and assignments. The entire syllabus is divide into 2 years and we students do not face any burden in coping with the studies.

Placement Experience

The placement is fine but requires a great deal of improvement. We have to work hard in order to gain placement from the college itself. The packages are also quite average. Work is being done to improve this situation.

College Events

They have an annual fest and many other seminars, conferences and much more. They have a bustling student crowd who is always ready to organize these events and having been a part of it, i can say they are amazing

Fee Structure And Facilities

The overall fees for this 2 year course is 1898. This constitutes of the tuition fees and other aspects. It has to paid yearly in two installments. It is very inexpensive and allows students from lower backgrounds to get education at this great university.

Campus Life

They have great classrooms and labs. For those sport enthusiasts, they have 2 huge grounds where students can spend their free time. We also have a lot of options in the Societies where we can explore our talents and gain confidence.

Admission

They have a merit based system for admission to this course. All i had to do was register to on the link provided on their website with all the details and documents. It was very simple. Anyone who has a Bachelor's degree with 55% plus grade is eligible to apply.

The faculty is great and have always been there for us. They are not only our teachers but our greatest supporters. They encourage us to speak our minds and have always helped us with our projects and doubts.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our college is strict to the curriculum mentioned in our course . They are truly focussing on building extra talented students from their college . Learning and teaching curriculum is vey much extraordinary . Curriculum prepares us very well and the students also are extra focussed towards their goal. Every student in this college are serious about their curriculum . Professor doesn't give marks to the students , I want this to improve . Their teaching methods and techniques are impressive but they don't give marks . The timing of exam is of 3hrs. like every exam . Difficulty level is high .

In this college the placement record is not good .very few companies reach the college and offer very low package like 2.5 lpa. So the college staff should arrange the placement cell. After completing the course you should try off campus

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is decent. For example, the courses in BCA are good, but you have to learn it and can not depend on the college to teach you as sometimes 1 module gets completed in one day and too many projects with assignments.

Students become eligible for campus placements or internships from 4th semester. Top companies that visited Amity are Cisco, Flipkart, Airtel, Amazon, Accenture, Adani, Ford, HCL, Adobe, Tata Consultancy Services, PhonePe, Genpact, Wipro, Infosys, IBM, KPMG, Tata Technologies, Capgemini, Cognizant Amity claims that highest package is offered 1.2crore per annum, while the lowest package is around 3 lacs per annum As per the placements of 2022 the highest placement was offered 50Lpa by Amazon Amity claims that they have 100% placements Over 11000 placement opportunities were received during 2022 placements. Over the years, the University has successfully conducted 36,000 campus placements. More than 900 companies visited the University campus in past years. Additionally, 4500 students were placed even one year before passing out.

Placement Experience:

The placement of college is average and the average package is 5 lps. Mostly sales company visit here and give the placement. The highest package was 10 lpa last year. In core branch the placement is quite low and most of the student prepared for gate examination from 2 year. I also prepared for gate and joining mtech programme in IIT. The percentage of placement is approx 60% . The company visit here for civil engineering is Ecospace private limited, Captain steel india, Patel engineering limited. For other branch, TCS, Anemo prime, technook etc.

Placement Experience:

Fourth-year students are eligible to appear in campus placements. Companies who visit NIFT for campus placement are Titan, Boat, Blackberry, Aditya Birla Group, Reliance retails, FabIndia, etc Last year's highest package was 22 lpa offered to a student from the Fashion Communication department. The average package would go around 4.5 lpa. The percentage of students getting placement would be 90% My plan after getting the degree is to spend at least 2-3 years in the industry after getting a good company to work with.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose bca because I want to gain knowledge about computer applications so bca is best for this. The faculty is totally helpful and understanding. They connect students in a friendly openly. The student ratio is good I think enough. 3 batches in one course. The teaching methods of the teachers are very nice. Their teaching style is brilliant. Qualifications of teachers are all Ph.D. or master's degrees in computer applications.

Remarks:

College is very good at studies. The teachers are really responsible. The hostels are not provided. Also my college do have its own building. But yes the bus is provided for nearby students which really helps in transportation which compromise the unavailable of hostel.

My story

I chose this college mainly because of its affordable fee structure, safe environment and the balanced commerce curriculum it offers. I had also applied to two other nearby colleges—one was more expensive and the other had limited seats for B.Com, though I did get confirmed admission in one of them. I preferred LNMU because the faculty reviews were better, the campus felt more comfortable, and the academic load was manageable along with other commitments. I didn’t get into one college because their cutoff went higher than expected that year. The admission process at my college is simple: students need to pass 12th with the required percentage, apply online through the university portal, and then wait for the merit list. Usually no separate entrance exam is needed; admissions are purely merit-based, and the cutoffs for B.Com stay around the average range but vary slightly every year. A complete and honest review of LNMU University (SBSS College Begusarai) from a student's perspective.
