Course Curriculum Overview

The course offers many specialisations to choose from. The exams are taken semester wise. We have practical sessions, internals, assignment, cases, end term paper etc. The course is good and focuses more on diseases and treatment part. You need to study with full concentration.

Placement Experience

4.5

The college provides good placement opportunities. As after completing MD, you can work in a medical college, private hospital, as a teaching faculty in order to gain more experience or even start your own clinic. The college supports us if we want to have our own startup.

College Events

5

These were the most special days of our college life. The college committee organised various events, like cultural fest, inter-college sports competition, annual fiesta etc. We had the most fun during the sports events where we got to play many games. The college also organised various seminars and conferences.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees are quite expensive for various programs. For MD the fees for three years is ?10.57 Lakhs. The college also has scholarships. The college provides us with a good education facility and also training is provided before going for a placement.

Campus Life

The college has good infrastructure, air-conditioned classrooms, a well- equipped library, multipurpose halls, auditorium, sports room, Wi-Fi etc. Though the hostel is at a distance of 1.5 km from campus, they also provide with transportation facility. The labs are equipped with the latest devices and tools.

Admission

MD is a PG level course. DMCH offers specialisation in Biochemistry, Physiology, Pathology, Pharmacology, Medicine, Microbiology, Dermatology, Psychiatry, etc with MD. You need to have completed MBBS from any recognised university with an internship certificate.

Faculty

4.5

The faculty are really good and have completed their PG degree. They are always supportive and are updated with the latest technology. The ratio of faculty to students is 1:10. The faculty uses various methods to teach and make the sessions more interesting.

Course Curriculum Overview:

From the begning i was always into tech and computers i liked to make my school persentation on my pc and that's the main reason for taking the stream CSE . The curriculum makes you ready for thr real world application by providing classes for eveything that a student is facing problem. If you ask me for the suggestion then some teachers should change their tecahing methods so that they will help the student in a better way . The frequency and timing of the exam goes like the college conducts two internal exams for the internal marks known as MST and one final exam and the difficulty level is medium

Placement Experience:

There are placements drives being held in the campus but not for the physiotherapy field. But still they do help students to focus on building employability skills through compulsory internships , project works and hospital or clinical tie ups. Many students build strong resumes via internships, research projects, and online certification (Coursera, linkedin),etc. After completing the course I am planning for persuing masters in this field.

Placement Experience:

In LPU placement process usually start from 6th semester onwards. Many good companies come to campus like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, Amazon and few product based also. Some startups also visit. The no. of offers are quite large every year because batch size is big. Highest package I heard was around 40 LPA but that is very rare, only 1-2 students get. Average package is around 5–6 LPA for CSE branch. For other branches it is little bit low. Almost 80-85% students who are seriously preparing gets placement from college. College also provide placement training and soft skills classes which help in interviews.
