Course Curriculum Overview

This course covers 3 years of topics such as poetry, drama, English literature, linguistics, American literary history, literary criticism, ancient Indian classics, and Latin American literature. The exams are held at the end of each semester.

Placement Experience

This course does not usually attract companies, so there will be fewer or more companies enrolling students from this college. However, students can move forward with off-campus recruitment. The college faculty provide good knowledge, which helps in future prospective.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee for the course of the art is very expensive. 19780, for the first year Rs. 18020 for the second year. 17170 for last year students. This is a tuition fee-only, and other charges must be borne separately.

Campus Life

The college hosts a variety of activities and cultural events such as talks, poetry competitions, and sports competitions to engage students and enhance their overall personality. The college faculty as well as students enjoyed these type of events.

Placement Experience:

there's practice school option in semester 4 which allows students to go to corporate company and work as an intern, giving students exposure to work experience. this can lead to a FTE placement as well. Maintaining 8+ GPA is very important in getting placed. I plan to get placed and work in AI roles.

BITS Pilani, Goa Campus- A road to an interesting life.

Placement Experience:

Students can start sitting in placements from the start of 4th year , when the Placement Division starts bringing companies to the campus. The average package for CS is around 20-26 LPA, for Electrical branches it's around 18-24 LPA and for Mechanical and Chemical it is around 13-16 LPA. These figures would've changed though from the last time I saw. Around 85-90% of the students get placed usually. Top notch companies like Google, Microsoft , DE Shaw, Arcesium Cohesity Rubrick recruit students every year for the tech roles and other prominent companies like Flipkart, Sprinkle, Intuiut and Coin Switch come for managerial roles as well. There is even a chance of getting a PPO through Summer Internship Program which kikstarts in the 3rd year where students compete to get internship in these top companies. Overall , BITS Goa has impeccable placement statistics

Placement Experience:

There is a dept for placements. 70 to 80 percent people get placed woth average package of 20 lakhs per annum. Mostly ot depends on interviews and how good internship you get in 3rd year. Cg plays a very imp role too.

Bits goa brief review

Placement Experience:

The placements are very good because we have two compulsory internships called practice school to make us industry ready after the second year summer for 2 months and one semester in the 4th or 5th year placements start since 7th semester itself were most get offers in PPO thright the internships. 248 companies visited along with 631 students placed the average is 2083000 and median is 1650000. 76 percent of students got placed highest was 80lpa. I plan to get a job

Euphoric 3 years of a wholesome college life.

The admission process was pretty straightforward forward, hassle free. Purely based on merit and the marks you received in your 12th standard were taken into account for the respective specific course/field you are choosing. Application forms can be found online on the college's official website around the month of may or june. Chowgule college is fine

Chowgule college is one of the most renowned colleges of Goa. It has a beautiful campus. A big enough campus actually. It also has a Mini cafe, coffee day, where All students like to sit during the free time. We also have huge canteen plus a multipurpose ground and also a huge football ground. Now coming to the specializations in BSc. In this college we have specializations like Bsc in botany ,zoology ,geology ,maths, chemistry ,literature and physics. Apart from this we have two auditoriums where we have conference's. The admission process is a bit hectic because you need to do a bit off paper work before getting into the college. They will make you take several rounds back-and-forth for some papers that you need for admissions. I prefer this college mostly due to the campus and the various specializations.
