Course Curriculum Overview

The course revolves around theory, practical, and field visits. This is specially done for the students who have opted for engineering so that we get a great experience of our field work and can achieve a lot more in the job.

Placement Experience

This college has its own placement cell where the students who are about to graduate take an active part for jobs. The college also conducted mock interviews and workshops to prepare us for the companies.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees for my 2-year course is Rs.1,64,000/-. As compared to the other colleges, the fees is pretty feasible. The payment methods are also easy and we didn't have to face a lot of difficulties for the process.

Campus Life

I loved my campus! The place had all the facilities that I needed during my time there. I did not face any issue and the college was also involved in celebration of different activities and special days.

Admission

Before joining this course, I was really scared about the admission as I had no clue how to move forward. But I came to know that the process is simple. The college has 30 seats for this course and applicants have to give GATE for selection.

The faculty is amazing. The teachers of this college are so helpful and knowledgeable that we always wait for our lectures to start. They help us solve the doubts whenever needed and treat all the students equally.

A review for one of the best university in Dehradun

Placement Experience:

The placement of Geu is not that great buy provides jobs to about 80 percent students but for that u have to be eligible for the requirement of the job. The studnets are generally eligible to sit for placement from 5 th semester for BBA and 7th semester for Btech The companys which generally visits are Accenture ,Google , TCS, Wipro and many more The highest package when i first joined the college was around 8lakh for BBA but the average package was around 3.5 lakh The percentage of studnets getting placement was around 75 to 80 percent My plans after getting this degrees is to try for competitive exams like CAT , CMAT , GMAT

I am preparing for a government job, so I took admission in this course just to get a graduation degree and not for any other reason. There should be some improvement in the lab and also in the exam pattern. The timing of our exam is 2:30 hours which is less time because the exam is lengthy.

I think this coast does not focus more on technical aspects. I think this course should focus more on the coding part. And the exam should not be conducted just before the semester exam it should be conducted at least 3 or 2 months before the semester exam so that student can start prepping from the starting

Placement Experience:

From the final year i.e. after 4.5 years students are eligible for an internship. The 6-month internship is to be done within the campus and the rest of the 6 months in another organization. Many dairy, poultry, food processing, and wool processing companies visit the college for hiring students. Also, many research fields are available after the course with great scope. Around 5 to 7 lakh per annum packages are easily available after the course which is generally offered by firms visiting the college. Best students based on their academic performances are preferred. Near about 60 to 70 % are generally getting placement. Others generally opt for further studies. AMUL, Ananda dairies, poultry firms, many renowned slaughterhouses, and research organizations are some places where veterinarians get appointed other than clinical practices.

You need to clear the examination by iirs then need to come in the merit list min a score of 60% in your graduation, or you have completed the post-graduation you are able to apply, if talk about the faculty is very supportive iirs have the best faculty, as you on this institute is affiliated from ISRO so we have guys from their also they guide us and iirs have a connection with ITC Netherlands one of the best institutes for Remote sensing.
