Course Curriculum Overview

Syamsundar College is very particular about their students and their studies. The college provides a fully organised course curriculum for the students which includes all the experiments, practicals, theories and other required activities.

Our college is very good in terms of placements. We are offered a variety of companies to join after graduation such as Amul, Bayne, Reliance, Dabur, etc. The placements cell regulates all the placements and we are often helped by career counsellors.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Our college was started by a social worker thus we do not have expensive fee amounts. For example, the total fee for BA is Rs.2,700 , the fees for B.Sc. is Rs.3,700. Also, for all the other courses the fees very less and affordable.

Campus Life

Our college does not provide many extra-curricular activities as we are more focused are more the studies. Our college campus is good and we have all the facilities and basic amenities available on campus.

Admission

Admission in our college is only done online through the official college website. The students need to fulfil the eligibility criterion. Then, on the performance and score basis, the students are selected in our college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The syllabus of the course is pretty nice with diversified subjects alsong with specialization subjects in the 3rd and 4th semester. Some compulsory subjects include Tagore Studies and Basics of Communication. The course also includes Development Communication, Online media, Journalism, Gender studies, Advanced Audio Visual Production. The department is well equipped a mac lab but it only have 5 macs. The curriculum also includes Design, UIUX, Graphics design etc, and the curriculum is continuously updating with moden media teachings. The curriculum mostly prepare us for Academic Purposes than Industry.
