Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is designed in such a way that a lot of emphasis is put on the research and development in the field of study. Usually the days were pretty chill apart from practical sessions and exams that were held.

Placement Experience

The placement cell of the college is generally active and many private houses and companies visit the college . Internshio opportunities are also offered to the students which help them build a foundation to work.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The admission to the B.tech course is Rs 26,960 for the firsy year. In the next years, fees slightly comes down. According to me, the fee structure is feasible if we compare it to the facilities which are provided by the college.

Campus Life

The extracurricular activities are in full swing and many workshops, guest lectures and sessions take place. Various student clubs are also formed wherein political and economic issues are discussed in great detail.

Admission

The admission to the B.tech course is through the rank obtained in JEE main. The minimum eligibility criteria is that the candidates have to score minimum 45% marks in the science stream in their board examination.

Faculty

The faculty of the college is really nice and are experienced in what they do. They are highly qualified and try to give the best to each student. Almost all the teachers are enthusiasm to teach and make sessions interesting.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really like to study arts course as im intrested in the subject sociology which i want to be a social worker. Here in our state social workers are less so i really want become one and help and encourage the society.there is no suggestions for as everything is perfect for me . The exam timing , i would say that its very less for students as we are allowed to write for only 3 hrs so for i think it should be. At least 4 hrs .

Course Curriculum Overview:

The courses included is very distinct and very educational according to me.I think the students preference plays a pivotal role which helps them take interest in particular course which would ultimately help in real-world job hunting in the department they desire. The authorities and faculties can provide for more practical activities which help students to afresh minds and learn better. The examination timings is 3 hours for a paper and I think it is a standard time allotted and I have no problem regarding it. I think every paper will be difficult if we are not prepared and vice versa.

I myself as a students with political science as my honours. i can proudly say that political science professors are the best. The outer knowledge they impart besides our syllabus is top notch. Test and assignment are given in a such a way it is easier for us at the end of the day when we write for exams. So far i have no complaints for their course curriculum and teaching methods.

Remarks:

Our college has all the infrastructures that a student need for basic learning but not all for a complete standardized exposure linked to our talents. The attendance weight age is quite attentively followed and students may be dropped just because of the attendance. It's quite far from here town so, usually alot of people stay in the hostel, and staying in the hostel seems to be painful since the areas adjoin the college is a highway, and we don't have access to towns and good shops nearby in order to get our need full filled. Apart from my studies I'm also having a good time with my professors.

Mainly the reason for choosing this university are, financially it is very convenient and Nagaland university is the only central university in our state so why go somewhere else.
