Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is spread across three years and six semesters. The course covers important aspects about commerce, economics and accountancy. The course is aimed at educating students on commerce and accountancy.

Placement Experience

The colleges under the university have placement programs to help students in finding a job. They also help in getting to know about internship opportunities. This is very helpful for students to find a job after completing their course.

College Events

Events are always around in most of the colleges. Educational events such as research papers, presentations and guest lectures are planned for students to improve their knowledge. Cultural events are planned for students to have some fun.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The course fee is 12,000 per year and for the entire course costs 36,000. The course fee is affordable and feasible by most people. It is less compared to most of the colleges around the area. Most of the students also seek out for bank loans to make up for the fees.

Campus Life

The colleges focuses on extra curricular activities equally too. The students are encouraged to participate in these activities. Apart from sports, there are also many cultural activities such as dance, music and writing too.

Admission

The university is located in the Uttarakhand district and it is one of the UGC recognized universities. For the undergraduate courses, a minimum score of 50% in 12th standard is very important for getting merit based admissions like B.Com.

The professors are very acclaimed and they take time to plan out the lecture so that the classes are interesting. The lecturers are loved by students and they are always willing to help in case anyone has any questions too.

A well rounded experience at GEHU dehradun .

Placement Experience:

At GEHU, placement eligibility starts from the 6th semester. companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Amazon visit the campus. The highest package offered is around 35LPA and the average is 4-6LPA. About 70-80% of students get placed , mainly in IT and management roles. After completing my degree I plan to work in the industry and later pursue higher studies.

Placement Experience:

Placement are fine I won't say good for our course most of students prefer for higher students so the placement percentage will be 50- 60 . Student are eligible in their last for placement . Placement are provided by college but if you want off campus it's the students choice . The companies are :- United bioceuticals, ALPS , graphic era hospital etc.

Placement Experience:

Infy, Techno India, Brumha and many as techies are required all over. From a watchmaker to salt maker without a techie a business can't grow big. So, even though there are 500+ CSE students still 75 percent or so get placed easily from our campus.
