Remarks

The environment at RMLIMS in Lucknow will provide you a great learning atmosphere with a lot of friends, and you can really grow as both a practitioner of medicine but also get a good education from the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

MBBS course is filled with a lot of things on a daily basis. Like, we have a lot of labs and practicals as part of our assessments and our exams. But we also have a lot of theory classes to attend as well.

Placement Experience

I think the placement cell with the university works really hard to make sure that all MBBS students get some sort of internship at the very least. But, i am sure that all MBBS students will get placed somewhere.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees are so affordable here. Compared to the other medical colleges especially, you can learn so much here at minimal fees. The MBBS course only costs around 50,000 rupees per year which is very less.

Campus Life

Extracurricular activities are pretty fun here too. There are a lot of celebrations here of holidays and also we have cultural activities organized by both the college and the students. Plus, everyone is friendly.

Admission

Your admission is dependent upon your NEET exam rank. You should pay a lot of attention to this exam and get a good rank so that you can apply to this college. Your eligibility is based on your intermediate marks.

Faculty

Our faculty is really good, in my opinion. I felt that they know how to teach not only from their experience from teaching but also from their experience of their practice and knowledge from their time and research in their work.

In the present scenario, having practical knowledge is a must if you want to survive in the industry, which my college didn't prepare me for. However, there are various opportunities across the campus. We have AIC inside the campus, which may offer an internship to the students if they reach out to them.

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year you are eligible for placement sheat in college. The highest package was 1.5 cr approx and average 7-8 lakh. Percentage of students to get placement should be around 1/4 of overall students means . I will apply for both on campus and off campus placement.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placements from the 3rd year. The placement of the college is decent. The average package for tech branches stands at 4-5 LPA. Most of the offers are made from mass recruiters like TCS, cognizant, etc. However, product-based companies also visit the campus but very few students get short-listed for them. The highest package for the 2025 batch was around 22 lakhs from JP morgan in which 2 students got placed. Microsoft also offered a package of 18 LPA. The placement percentage is around 50-60%. If you maintain 8+ CGPA and have the fundamentals clear then you can definitely secure a decent package from this college. The placement department of the college is supportive.

Placement Experience:

Actually we do internship in apex hospital and we have 100% placement. We have 100% placement here every year students get job in apex hospital and also in other places. But so such companies or anything come for placement. Average package is 5 lakhs per annum. After getting degree I will prepare for Norcet exam .

DR RMLIMS Lucknow College Review

So admission to this college (and in general any other medical college and course) is through NEET. After clearing the exam you are allotted an ALL INDIA RANK, which provides you eligibility to sit in counseling and select a college. Mine AIR was 4011 which is a very decent one to get admission to top medical College of countries. Since I didn't wanted to leave the state so I applied for counseling of the state. KGMC is the top medical college of the state. Earlier GSVM kanpur used to be the second choice for candidates,but from when this college came into existence (in 2017) it soon left GSVM behind and became the second priority of candidates. This small time growth of college fascinated me to keep this college asy second choice. Also the academics of this college is very popular for good reasons. I applied for two colleges KGMU Lucknow and Dr. RMLIMS Lucknow. I choose this college over other college because of its location, academics, good patient load, clean and green environment. Yes, i got rejected from KGMU Lucknow because of my low rank in NEET exam. A student have to get a NEET rank under 5k for general category to get in my college. Admission is done via NEET exam.
