Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Medicine is something that gives you the insight of human body. So that you can deal with the problems associated with it. And this is the thing that motivated me to go for this course. During the course we are exposed to the real time application of our curriculam that is the interaction with patients. Look the course is too hectic and gives no personal time for self development so this is the area which requires some improvement. There are terms, terminals, pre proffs and proffs that are taken along with part completion tests. The level of the exams are moderate.

Internships Opportunities

5

After completing the degrees, we have to work a year as an intern doctor for our college in which we are posted in the wards, opds, OTs etc. We have to perform the night shifts in the emergency department.

Fees and Financial Aid

For first year we have to 49700 for gen and ews category and for sc, st, obc we havd to pay 39700. From 2nd year we have to pay 37000 for gen and ews and for sc, st, obc it is 27000. Yes we can various scholarship like from NSP, UP state government scholarhip and many more.

Campus Life

5

The annual fest is ESPERANZA, held in September month. A number of books and journal are available in the library and they are accessible to the students all the time. Classrooms are highly euipped with latest technology projects, LED displays. A good number of sports events are held inside the campus. No such group is there.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

A bed, table and a chair, electricity, a fan, a almirah is provided to us. Excess to water facility, a common water purifier is there. Food is average here. Registration process involves a visit to hostel's office and it is affordable.

Admission

I applied for two colleges KGMU Lucknow and Dr. RMLIMS Lucknow. I choose this college over other college because of its location, academics, good patient load, clean and green environment. Yes, i got rejected from KGMU Lucknow because of my low rank in NEET exam. A student have to get a NEET rank under 5k for general category to get in my college. Admission is done via NEET exam. Overall admission process is easy, you just have to report the college with the asked document on the day of reporting.

Faculty

The facultu to student ratio is really fantastic and the faculties are highly cooperative and are always reachable. Dr. Akansha Gangwar ma'am is the one i liked the most. She is the one who make us to love the subject anatomy by his fabulous way of teaching. No such facultu is there to whom i disliked. There are terms, terminals, pre proffs and proffs... As well part compeletion test are also take. 15 student from my batch got failed in exam.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Mbbs is very well reputed course. It makes you a well equipped indian medical graduate helping you aquire required medical skills to work in society as clinician. It really takes into account all the challeneges that one has to face in society as a clinician. The university exams are held on a yearly basis which include both theory and practical exams. The exams are good to pass if one studies daily. The syllabus is vast but with the help of seniors you can easily ace it.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Current MBBS curriculum is purely clinical based and hence clinical postings are crucial. It is mandatory to attend them and strict actions are taken if you fail to do so. This curriculum prepares you for your NEETpg or NExT. Exams held are semester 1,2 and pre professionals and then professional. Timing 3 hours and difficulty level is okay. Mostly questions come from important topics.

Course Curriculum Overview:

MBBS is one of the most respected courses in India so it was always a dream to become a doctor. Faculty is abundant in every department and there are 100 students in every batch with 8-10 faculty members in every department. The faculty in each department is at different position and post on the basis of their qualification and experience. There is one head of department in each department who is the most senior in terms of experience and their year of MBBS batch. Under HOD are two professors and under them two assistant professors. There are 3-4 junior residents in each department. The teaching method varies from professor to professor and some teachers are efficient in terms of their teaching way and helping students understand difficult topics. The course is extremely difficult with lots of stress due to never completing syllabus and diffucult testing exams. The exams are held regularly each month as every topic is completed. Passing in these exams is a bit difficult.
