Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The profession I'm in is medical. The toughest of all. As from the starting I wished to be a doctor. The one who is second to a God. The one who is respected the most. The one who does the most prestigious job. As per the curriculum we have to study all 19 subjects in just 4.5 years plus we have to attend the clinical posting in hospital , which exposes us to real world. The posting time is the time given to students from second year till year last. Improvement can be done in passing the exam part which is 50% in each subject. It can be 40 % marks. Currently I've given my MBBS second year which was hectic because of the vast syllabus. We have total of 5.5 year course for an undergraduate degree. Out of which 4.5 years is about studies rest one year is internship in hospital. We have to study all 19 subjects in just 4.5 years. The mbbs course is very lengthy. Each and every subject is very vast. So we have to study maximum time. So all the very best those who aspire to be a great doctor

Fees and Financial Aid

As I'm studying in private college the fees amount is very high. It varies from 1 crore to 85 lacs in private MBBS colleges for your 5.5 years of studies. Fees structure is same for all years. Mine fees is 16 lacs per year. For government college it's way much less like 50000 per year to 7000 for 5.5 years in AIIMS. So for this we have to Crack neet with very good marks. The general category people have to do hardworking twice. So all the very best to those who are pursuing it. We get stipend in internship in last year of MBBS studies. It's ammount ranges from Rs. 5000 per month to Rs. 30000 per month. After completing MBBS the student can apply for tutor job or can give exams for higher studies in which we get stipend upto Rs. 1 lac per month (only in central government college) and in states colleges we get from Rs. 40000 to 80000. After doing masters the doctors sit in their own clinic ar sit in hospitals and earn money according to their profession. Well there is no doctor withoutjobsoallthebest

Campus Life

3.5

In our college we have our own annual festival called PANACEA. In this we have different types of competition such as Literature, Cultural , Sports and on last 3 days we have stage performance of some band and comedians. Apart than this we have casual sports events. Some conferences related to any medical subject. And lots of festival event. The club culture is not prominent here in my college. Rest Library is full of wide ranges of book for medical. With fully centralised AC and our LT (Lecture Theater) is also fully centralised AC with projector. Rest in sports we have cricket, badminton , football, Kab badi, kho kho , tug of war , races and table tennis. In literature we have mock parliament, poem writing , story writing , shayari writing , beg and steal, crime cases. In cultural we have dance , singing , group singing , instruments playing and fashion show compition. We now have very well equipped gym for student. Squash court is also under construction. Will be ready in a

Admission

Eligibility is to get 50% in all subjects physics , chemistry, biology and english of 12th standard. Then we have to qualify an entrance exam called NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) which is a national test. In which we get questions of subject physics , chemistry, biology .Then according to the NEET exam score we get the college according to the rank we obtain. But as there is reservation quota everywhere the children of EWS of general , OBC (Non creamy layer) and SC ST get benefits. According to me reservation should not bhi given especially in this particular sector which is being a doctor. As weaker section gets less number and get more good college than other in general category. The entrance exam mainly are held on first Sunday of month May. Results are announced shortly im one month. The difficulty level is high as the no of students giving exam are more like 18 lacs vs the seats avaliable are less like in thousands. So the competition is very high. All the very Best
