In addition to curriculum knowledge, they also provide knowledge on many other topics. Course curricula are relevant to the current situation. The curriculum is challenging. The exam pattern is excellent of this college.

Placement Experience

Much depends on your skills and how you develop your personality in college. One of my seniors has 13 LPA and another 19 LPA. Placement percentage is not very high because it is an undergraduate degree, and companies are looking for talent rather than your marks.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees are affordable, and the quality of education is better than other colleges. I have a great experience here and its totally worth the price. Education here helps us to become excellent people.

Campus Life

The college has many associations that serve the interests of students, and each of them hosts several festivals throughout the academic year. The college offers appropriate scholarships and financial assistance to eligible students based on eligibility and requirements.

Admission

Students must submit various documents including 10th class examination certificate, 10th class, 12th mark sheets, letter certificate, 12th class provincial certificate, ST / SC certificate, OBC certificate, school transfer certificate and migration certificate. The case student verified his / her schooling outside Delhi) and three passport size photographs of himself.

Faculty

The teachers are very competent and the faculty very good. Not all professors do their jobs wholeheartedly. I would say that Indian education policy does not provide practical knowledge regarding such courses. So don?t blame a particular college, but look at the loopholes as a whole.

Campus life: Hype vs Truth

Placement Experience:

I heard it from seniors that before lockdown it was pretty decent but after lockdown the company visits are not that much comapred to before lockdown.Cognizent, Accenture, Mindtree, PQ360 which is a startup company of our senior alumni etc. visits.

Placement Experience:

The placement record in my college is preety good. 80-90% students are already placed this year. Average package is around 9.5lpa. Companies like ICICI, KPMG, PWC, Vedanta, Mother Dairy and so many are coming for recuiting students.

St Joseph's college a Decent one

Placement Experience:

Placements were not there earlier. But our batch was the first one to get placement at St Joseph's College Darjeeling. To be honest It is not a college you should target if you are looking for placement. The companies were too small . The roles are way to entry level . Highest placement was around 40000 per month but it was an inside sales role so many opt out. There is not official data about placement . My plan was to look for off campus jobs.

Placement is a race here. Handfull of good companies with good roles will come but they take good chunk of students. So be prepare for that and don't worry about getting good companies, here many companies offers better packages than those good companies.

The life in HITK

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placement in cse, it ,ece and sometimes elec branches. The others dpt also offers a quite unique variety of placements from different companies. Nearly 60 percent of the students have been placed in this year and others are still on board for a positive response.

Placement Experience:

from 7th semester (for btech students), 9th semester (for dual degree students) students are eligible for campus placements. there are numerous companies which visit the campus...and generally nearly all students get placed during the placement season, but recently there has been recession and companies are not taking less number of the students than they usually do.
