Remarks

It is one of the most renowned and old medical colleges of Maharashtra. The academic front is very good. Labs are well equipped. Admission process starts about 2 weeks after the declaration of NEET results. It hai 85% state quota and rest all India quota.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

MBBS is a very difficult course and yes as they say. it demands blood. It was my passion to be a doctor and yes, to be honest earn a lot of money too. Faculty:student ratio is approx 1:15

Internships Opportunities

4

The civil hospital with which the college is affiliated. You will be shifted regularly to different departments throughout the year, so that you will gain a lot of clinical exposure

Placement Experience

5

As it is a govt medical college, all students have to work as interns in the civil hospitals for 1 yr compulsorily. The striped as of now is 13k per month

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fee is 86800 for open category. Additional deposits are 14500. I don't have idea about fees for reserved categories. Scholarship is not available for open category students but hefty ones for category seats.

Campus Life

3.5

The annual fest is called as Sparsh and it lasts for an entire month. Begins from mid Feb to mid march The library is well equipped with all the books. We have 2 ac halls and two normal halls. The hostel campus is huge with playgrounds for football, cricket, volleyball and basketball. There is gym and table tennis room too. The college takes celebrating every event very seriously. Culture is given a lot of importance. But the hostel rooms are just pathetic.

Hostel Facilities

2

It's a small room with sharing of 4! Meal quality is decent . Registration is easy but there are limited rooms. The hostel is not capable to accommodate all the students. Some have to live outside on rent.
