Remarks

I had appeared for the first NEET-UG in the year 2013. Eligibility is 12th passing certificate with physics chemistry biology as subjects. MBBS course is a total of 5.5 years = 4.5 years of academics and 1 year of internship.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Being a Dr.is the most prestigious job. My batch had a total of 150 students with good teachers. All professors are MBBS, MD graduates. There were terms end exams after every 6 months of the semester and professional exams after every year conducted by the university.

Internships Opportunities

4

Internship in hospital is for 12 months which gives good exposure to all medical departments. Interns are paid 11,000 per month. You can also apply for an internship in any other MUHS affiliated college in the state.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees for a general category student is 50000 per semester. For reserved category students, it's as less as 10000 per semester with certain scholarship's which can be enquired in the administrative office.

Campus Life

4

There's an annual fest every year in the month of Feb-mar. The library facility is good with a seating capacity of 50-70 students. All the latest versions of books and medical journals are available very easily.

Hostel Facilities

4

Good hostel facility with twin sharing. The meal quality of mess is good and good for money. You get the hostel room as per availability on the same day of admission. Renting a room in the area is also cheap and affordable.
