Remarks

Good remarks : the facilities are good, they are very helpful sometimes they act as a friend in many manners. Bad remarks: they have put restrictions which was worst than a kindergarten school's restrictions which was pointed out many times to the management but still hasn't improve on them.

Course Curriculum Overview

2

Exam structure and curriculum was well executed and one also has to give their best and every year we have 4-5 industrial visits related to our subjects. Which also helps to gain practical knowledge more better than theoretical. But still there are many areas they still need to progress, otherwise it's good.

Placement Experience

1.5

Internships programs are way much better after completing 2nd year everyone from our batch got better internships and some have got stipend too and after 3rd year semester ending their Intership program was much better than the second year's interships. When it comes to placement it was 1/10. No one from civil dept. Got any job. Their highest package was just only 1. 2lacs yearly.

College Events

3

When it comes to events whether it's technical, cultural etc etc was managed by students and we have managed that so smoothly that every other colleges who came for a competition loves the arrangement. Students get free hand on everything to complete the task as soon as possible. With the trust of faculties we have succeeded in each and every events have been done during those 4 years.

Fee Structure And Facilities

At first it's was feasible and sudden after completing first year the hike in fee was more than ?40, 000/- and it was expensive cause one also have to pay travelling fees if one is coming by college's bus. So, Yes it was expensive and being from open category affects many students which are from open category.

Fees and Financial Aid

Actually I have no idea about both cause I haven't got any of them and yes about educational loan you can get easily from any bank the rate of interest was about 8-12% at time which I am not sure off.

Campus Life

4

The gender ratio was about 40/60(f/m) and progressive nature of students and faculties too doesn't affect any of them and every year we have an tour which you can term as industrial visit but during these visits we have seen new places with college's friends and it was more than any parties or celebration we ever had. As I stated earlier there was no ragging, the students are very helping to each other that also results in no cause of intolerance regarding any thing. Overall the campus Life is 8/10.

Hostel Facilities

3

The college's is in outskirts of Mumbai so no need for that because I stay 20kms away from the college but there are few students who came here from different cities. No one opted for hostels and college doesn't even provide one too, they just rent out rooms with other students.

Alumni/Alumna

As I stated earlier we are the first batch of our college so we have got no experience to any alumni.

Admission

After C. E. T we have an option to select courses along with colleges in an official site, once your selection is done by officials it will refect in your data and you have option to get admission in college you have get selected or you can try other colleges in second attempts too.

Faculty

2.5

We are the first batch of our college so at that time all faculties are mostly inexperienced and freshers/m. e students, that was minus points which affect our next three years. They tried their best to provide better teaching but still it doesn't work.

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. Practical v/s theoretical balance: Labs, workshops and real world projects are a core part of the structure, especially in engineering, design, and science programs. CIA like case studies, presentations, and assignments encourage hands on learning. However, in some programs, there is a still heavier focus on the theory, so students must actively seek extra learning resources
