The Placement Cell plays a crucial role in locating job opportunities for Under Graduates and Post Graduates passing out from the college by keeping in touch with reputed firms and industrial establishments. The Placement Cell operates round the year to facilitate contacts between companies and graduates.

College Events

A cultural fest is a fest that showcases the culture adopted by the college organizing it. Every year, a college adopts a particular theme and organizes various events related to it. The college premises are also usually decorated accordingly, thus giving it all a “cultural” look. A cultural fest is the flagship event of the college and is open to students from all colleges irrespective of their fields/specializations, thus providing a great opportunity to mingle and network with others from various walks of life.Cultural Events and Activities, Youth festival, Khandesh Festival.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Every module has an individual fee – added together, they give you the total cost. . incredible and, along with the flexibility of distance learning, it did make it a more feasible option.Students can opt for rooms that offer single or double occupancy as per student's own need. Hostel . All hostel rooms have 24 hours internet access.

Fees and Financial Aid

If part of your education (course fee, for example) is funded through a scholarship, you could still get a loan to cover the balance expenditure. In such cases, most banks include the scholarship amount as part of the total cost of education.

Campus Life

The extracurriculars you participate in in high school really allow . High; International Autonomous Robotics Competition (IAROC) . Debate and public speaking.extracurricular, labs, sports, competitions such as robotics, debates etc.Extracurricular activities require a regular time commitment and initiative such as being on a sports team.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is another home for the students. The institute provides individual room with attached bathroom to the students with separate areas of residence for Males and Females. Five new well-furnished and aesthetically designed hostels have been constructed with a view to provide best possible facilities to the students.

Admission

Candidates can apply for admission either via DUET for entrance exam based courses or online for merit-based courses. DU releases cut-offs for colleges and based on the merit (best of 4 subjects in class 12th) and cut-offs, candidate can go to the desired college for the further process of admission.

Faculty

To become a lecturer you will need to have the relevant degree for the subject you may wish to teach. You will need to have a bachelor's degree 2.1 or above, masters and Ph. D. It will almost be impossible to become a lecturer without a Ph. D, even if you have degree, masters, and qualifications. . If you want to become a lecturer but haven't got any teaching or a relevant degree, there are courses you can complete but you will most likely to be paying for them.

Placement Experience:

College does provide internship opportunities both through the placement cell as well as department faculty. Semester 5 and Semester 7 students are eligible for placements. Average package is about 5.5 lakh per annum for microbiology course. Although placement percentage is on the lower side majority of students go for higher studies. Many prepare for exams like GATE, IIT JAM, etc.

Placement Experience:

college placements are good in this college with a number of good financial and consultancy firms coming in with new gen companies as well in the service and sales industry. moreoever getting a good placement in a top financial or consultancy placement requires a POR in a good society as a criteria, its not really required but adds to your chances of getting it. moreover you require to participate in a number of case study competitions for the same as well. my plans after graduation is probably working for a year or two after which i plan on doing my MBA. around 50-60% who apply get a placement.

The course theory helps us gain a solid understanding of the subject matter. Film studies and Mass Communication theory classes has laid down the foundation of the subject- from what is a shot and the kinds of shots and angles, to the beginning of radio in India and essays by CS Pierce and John Berger. We have a placement cell helping students get placed. They keep posting opportunities like internships and fellowships throughout the year to groom students and give them exposure and experience. Placements can go to very high packages like those in Data Science, Big 4 consulting or core finance or banking jobs. CAs, CFAs and FRMs do well in the placements. The highest packages could surpass 12-13 LPA and median packages are close to 6-7 LPA. DE Shaw, Zomato, Myntra, Meesho, TCS and McKinsey are some top companies coming here.
