It is good college for those who want to enjoy college life as well as have secured future.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is of total 4 years in which 1st year generic for all stream students from 2nd year onwards you would get specific subjects as per your opted steam. My stream was computer engineering and i feel that practical labs were very good and enough for batch strength. We individually can work on our codes.

Class Size: 120

Placement Experience

I got placed in Capgemini in 2015 when i was in 1st sem of last year. Placements are good. Average package is about 3.5 lac per annum.

College Events

Sinhgad Karandak is main annual event under which many technical and non technical events were organized each and every year during 2nd semester. Events included ROBO war, dance, singing, fashion show, article writing and speech etc. Every year new celebrity are invited.

Fee Structure And Facilities

May be Bit expensive but compare to other institutes it's feasible. It was around 1lac per annum for general category students and other than that there was university exam fee around 3k per semester. Payment was made through DEMAND DRAFT and we had to submit it in College provided bank.

Fees and Financial Aid

I opted scholarship named as TFWS tuition fee waiver scheme. Which is for 3 out of 60 student of open category. There is option in college preference list in CAP rounds.

Campus Life

Labs, sports were good. Sinhgad karandak is famous annual event where there are multiple technical and no technical events and competition. Campus life is chill, you will never feel like i don't want to go to college. Gender ratio is well maintained for Computer, IT and EnTc departments.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes they are helpful and still connected with each other. We are in contact with each other even after 4 years.

Admission

I got admission through CAP rounds. I opted for TFWS seats first in my college preference list and luckily i got it. I considered this college because of its popularity and placement department. Also the college is located nearby my house so that I can even traveled by walk.

Faculty

College faculty was great. They were supportive not only in terms of technical knowledge but also for personality development they were arranging multiples sessions and external lectures for our growth and development. Compared to other college faculty, our faculty was very responsible for completing syllabus on time.

YCCE College : My Experience

Placement Experience:

The placements are good in the YCCE college as compared to other colleges in Nagpur. From seventh semester the students are eligible for the campus reqruitments. The companies that offer placements in YCCE are Microsoft, TCS, Infosys, wipro, Persistent etc. The highest package is around 24 LPA and the average package is around 5 LPA. Around 70-80% students get placed every year in the college. My plans after getting the degree is to get a secure job and spent time with family.

Placement Experience:

college placements upto corona pendemic is very good but after that its affects our and other college palcements also but its better about 70% of student get placed . as per their performance in academics and skills . college bring very good package offer companies in first 6 to 8 months mostly and inbetween massrecuriter comes . and last 3 to 4 monts most of mass recuriter comes .

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college are pretty good considering the Fact that mostly its the Top 2000-3000 students from Maharashtra that make it to this college. The average Package offered in the college is Around 11LPA while the highest package last year was around 48LPA. The names of the Top companies that have recruited students from my college include Adobe, Amazon and Mastercard. The placement percentage from the past few years has been above 90%. My plans after getting the Degree is either to continue my Cricket Career as a Proffesional or to become a Commercial Pilot.

I got admission in this college through MHTCET CAP rounds counselling. Sinhgad Institute is already a well-known and well-reputed institution in Pune. You'll have to attempt the MHTCET exam and get a good score, preferably over 90 percentile to get a good branch or your preferred branch in this college. There are also All India seats allotted through JEE score.
