Our college has experienced and high quality teaching faculties. They are always helpful and nice toward students. They complete the portions required on time and prepare us well for the external exams. The average age is about 30 to 35. They use presentations and other technology in order for students better understanding.

The Course Curriculum & Exam Structure – Is it relevant, research-driven and fair. Earlier the exam structure was internal but, from the last few years the exam system is changes into external. The paper setters are from other states of the country while as the evaluation takes place at state level.

The is not internship in fisheries. There is a programme of READY wherein the students are exposed to national level training programmes in the field of fisheries.

Conferences, seminars, workshops, sports events, annual days. In every department there is PG programmes where in students have to submit dissertation. They have to select any research topic of their choice and do research work for one year. The thesis submit has to be evaluated by external examiner.

The program fee is Rs30000/ and through bank. The students has to submit all india tour payment of Rs5000/ which they have to pay in the first semester itself. There is full transparency in the fee breakdown. A students has to pay late fee and other charges if required.

No i have not opted for any load or scholarship. Some of the students are getting scholarship. There is also merit scholarship.

Every festival is celebrated with great enthusiasm. And different competitions ate also organised every year. Sun bun is also organised as per the time and situations. We do have International and National level competitions in curricular and co curricular matter.

No, because i am local but, there is hostel facility for outsiders. There are some seats reserved for north east students. There is also provision for payments seats and NRI quota. Those who come from other districts also join hostel

Yes they are all helpful. Some of them are IAS and most of them have joined state agriculture universities.

The procedure of getting admission in the college is through entrance exam. The competition for getting admission is among students of Jammu and Kashmir. The entrance is usually in the month of April. Besides bachelors degree, the university also offers PG and h.D. programmes.

The faculty of fisheries is considered one of the best faculty in the university. Every year some of the students get JRF and most of the students are getting admission in other university with good ranks. Some of the students also got admission in international universities and also selected as scientists.
