Remarks

It is a beautiful place. I always sit in the school courtyard to enjoy its beauty.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Yes, it's fair. My college is under Kerala University. so our school has a course curriculum prescribed by Kerala university. Our exam structure is very poor. The teachers are very good. I learnt a lot from them. We are prepared to attend campus selection and many of our seniors are succeeded.

Placement Experience

3.5

Yes, many banks have come in the placement season. financial companies are common. sometimes MNCs are available.it changes every year.

College Events

3.5

On January, sports meet is conducted lasting 1 day. we have a founders day celebration. In September, we have Onam celebrations.it is a mega event where various sports and activities are held like 'vadamvali'.We also held 3 days residential camo called shastra jalakam. On August 15 we celebrate independence day where the Indian flag is hoisted. Christmas is celebrated every december.our college closes on. April

Fee Structure And Facilities

It is feasible but it is a little hard to digest but as it is closer to my home. The external expenses are less and comfortable. everyone has to pay the admission fees at the beginning then fees at every month. My program fee is 5180. The school accepts digital transaction as well as liquid cash

Fees and Financial Aid

No, I did not opt any student loans but I am trying for a scholarship. I have written one and I am selected for the next round. I had to write a column if I want a scholarship or not. I filled yes and then I had to write an exam and the top 10 will get the scholarship. I was 1st in the school. So I am pretty sure I will get it.

Campus Life

5

Everything goes right. I don't know about student diversity as I am a fresher. I think it is ok. I am a chess player so I go to chess tournaments and won prizes too. as I am a fresher I am looking forward to participating in chess tournaments in the school. I am interested in science especially robotics and astrophysics. I am looking forward to that too.

Hostel Facilities

3

No, I have not opted for hostels. They are expensive. I did not choose it because my house is close to the college. They are not of very good quality.I clearly don't know about the rentals as I am not using the hostel. I heard from my friend that the toilet is not as tidy because everyone uses it

Alumni/Alumna

No, they are more dominant to junior students. They are trying to rag the juniors but the teachers strongly object that.

Admission

I chose this institution because it was close to my home. I had good marks so I got a merit list and then to this college. We had to bring a copy of our birth certificate and tenth and twelfth mark list then the principal reviewed my records and allowed my admission. I think entrance exams are also there.

Faculty

4.5

They are well educated, friendly, caring and guiding. They would give us lots of lectures. Most of the lecturers are interns who have just completed their college degree. They are young but the teachers are old and are well reputed. They clarify all our doubts. They are well educated.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is almost best. Curriculum doesn't influenced me in deciding this course. Curriculum should add internships. Currently there is no mandatory internship, if students are interested they can do internship during vacations. As we are learning psychology which need to be practiced in real world settings, curriculum must include real world training to help students understand things more effectively. Currently intervel between exams are non existent. Internal exams, then semester exams, you blink once, next internal exams, followed by semester exams. Syllabus is understandable, can learn if you try. Exams are also manageable. Real world examples and stories can be included in teaching methods, as psychology is related to humans and human interaction, to get better grasp of concepts. Rather than focusing on passing exam, should focus on the concepts and understand them in-depth. There are a lot of theories to study by heart. And there are many repetitive topics that overlap, but in different semesters.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel in love with mathematics in plus two time. The coursee are more application based when compared to other. Out college being an autonomous college has good grip to keep up to the level of good education. Overall teaching methods and syllabus are very good. Frequency of exams are troublesome during the last time of year because all the programmes like youth festival annual day etc come together

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course is Bsc Biotechnology. It is a research associated course. Its main scope is in research. But in every industry let it be medical or industrial a biotechnologist is required. I would like more practical knowledge than theory knowledge in this course as it is needed to be implemented in labs hands on experience is essential. Exams are conducted every 6 months as semester. Class tests and model exams are conducted frequently. Assignments, projects, seminar ,etc.. are given every month.
