Remarks

Actually I had filled many forms after my HS and when I came here for admission I saw many of my school friends were also there opting for different courses. So, it's one of the factors I got admission here and on the second hand it's very compatible to travel here from my house so it's also an important factor.

Actually I'm pursuing the course now. I was from non-economics background and the teacher here were very keen to grow interest in the subject. If I had to take a name then I would go for Mrs. Sumana Raha Dutta, blessed to have her as a teacher and our HOD. The course syllabus is the new CBCS syllabus and it's very much updated than the previous ones.

Class Size: 24Course Fees: INR 2120 per year

Placement Experience

When I first entered the premises. I saw in the notice board there was some notice regarding placement. But in the past 2years I haven't heard about any companies coming here and the notice I saw still hangs on the notice board.

College Events

I have spend 2years I this college and I haven't seen much extracurricular activities. Campus life is completely upto you that how are you going to spend. I have seen two functions in this short span of time and it's the lone one happened here. Yes, one thing I can assure that there occurs many cultural and competitive events in some departments.

A college with very good campus life

Course Curriculum Overview:

Geology is a very good subject and it has very huge future perspectives. I heard about this subject from my teacher and then i researched about it and I love the subject. The facility : student is about 1:5 . Proffesors are post graduated. Term exams were held twice a year and they are not so difficult to pass. Teaching stuffs are not so good and they don't do their work properly. They are very lazy.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The exams were taken frequently. The teachers of the each subjects generally took a class test after 2 week. Then before the semister there was a full marks test.. I wouldn't say that it was very easy to pass all the exams..But if you follow the classes regularly then you must do well in the exam and pass the exam easily.. The questions were also setted according to the university pattern.

I have a great interest in doing chemical experiment.So it's obvious yo chose this subject. Chemistry department has lot of specialized faculty and they all have impressive qualifications.Above all they were very helpful and supportive.We got lot of helps from them. Teacher and student ratio was approximately 1:45.I have my three year course and there were 6 papers to qualify.Two papers in one year span. Its quite tough to pass every papers because question papers were really standard and there was no way to cheat in the exam hall. We had to go other colleges to give yerly exams.

I love my college

Course Curriculum Overview:

I love biology so i took this subject. In zoology department there are 32 students in my batch , approximately 100 students in our whole zoology department. Teacher are so good..they are too Frank with us. We love them. There are 6 semester in 3 years. Exam questions is very knowledgeable. It is not difficult to pass if one study hard.
