Remarks

Because it's the number one institute in GGSIPU for my course i.e. bcom hons. It is not so far from my house and all the teachers of the institute are well educated and polite. There are a lot of sports and entertainment societies which i really like.

All the syllabus is updated and completed on time by the teachers. The institute got a huge and a very beautiful infrastructure. All the faculty is good but i really like my goods and services tax which comes under commerce faculty.

Placement Experience

There is a placement cell in our college and they announce all the placements to be held personally on a whatsapp group. A lot of big companies come to our college like Amazon, wipro, mahindra, gbtech etc.

College Events

There are a lot of festivals held in our college by different societies like photography society-chayankan and main festival- genesis. They are a very fun and entertaining festivals and i enjoy them a lot.

Campus Life

My college has a good and a huge infrastructure. There's no wifi thats the drawback. It has 1 big canteen and 3 small canteens that is good. There are 1 library for commerce and 1 for law students which has a lot of good books and they also provide a book bank.

A students insight on his college

Placement Experience:

Eligibility is 5th semester onwards you can get campus placement. Deloitte, TATA, nestle, other big MNC's Highest is around 20 lacs and average is around 5 lacs. 60-70 % students get places but it can be higher or lesser depending upon the crowd of students , their talents. I think I would choose a professional course like civil servant.

Curriculum is old and rigid, the still teach old methods and syllabus is updated very slow. But with introduction of SEC and VAC courses student have some different options which the can choose to study for their semester.

It's a decent college, but better than many other colleges

Placement Experience:

Final year students(5th semester) are eligible for the placements, many famous company recruits, like Deloitte, flipkart,amazon and there's many local companies as well. The highest pakage in 2024 was 24LPA. 20-30% students gets the placement as most of the students opt for Higher studies or get into competitive exams. The jobs offered are based on your course.

In first year you are eligible for internship. Deloitte company or so much companies visited our college. Highest package of our college is Rs. 23.5 lakhs per annum from bajaj capital company. Percentage of students vary from year to year. My plan after degree is to get a government job.
