Delhi Technological University is a well known and reputable university. I wanted to do B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering and Delhi Technological University is one of the best universities in Asia for the same.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum covers all the subjects both in practical and theoretical ways. The first year covers subjects from each course. The faculty is very good. They are really supportive and helpful.

Placement Experience

The placement and job opportunities are good. Companies like Samsung, Deloitte, Adobe, BCG visit every year and hire many students. The placement process includes various rounds like group discussions, personal interviews, tests, etc. The Entrepreneurship Cell is one of the best societies in Delhi Technological University. Each year E-Summit is conducted in the college. It helps a lot in personal development.

College Events

The campus life is very good. Every year 3-4 fests are organized and that is the best time of college life. Startup Fairs and Art fairs are also organized giving opportunities to the students to discover their interests.

Campus Life

The campus infrastructure is great. The sports facilities is good and almost all sports are available(like basketball, table tennis, pool, indoor badminton, etc.). The wifi facility is also good. The library is the best place to sit and do your pending work. There are various labs equipped with all the required equipment.

Placements here are very great. The so-called 'Quant' companies also come here. Because of this, you hear news like "4 crore salary offered to IITian".Other than the average salary and placement percentage is also pretty good.

100% placement is guaranteed. Our Tnp cell is one of the best in India. Approximately 500+ offers are made every year and students can get internships at the end of the second year. The highest package overseas was 1.8cr last year and the on-campus highest was 50lpa from CSB. Companies like Googe Microsoft, etc visit us annually. I am planning to get placed in a big Company after Btech.

Placements are good enough From 3 years, students can apply for placements. There are about 200+ companies visited yearly and famous ones are Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Amazon, Gold man sach , etc. The highest package is in crores every year. This year I think it was 1.2 Cr and the average package is 8lakhs +. 95% of students get placed in companies. I am thinking to start my own startup.

Remarks:

In college, the fest conducted are very much attention seeker, and during the fest, college classes didn't took place. These activities helped students to enjoy it to it's full extent. Metro station, eateries, Metro Walk Mall, G3S Mall, NSP, are all in close range, which makes student to enjoy their college memories. Scholarships are provided to first three toppers of all branches.
