Remarks

I chose this college because of the best infrastructure. And since it is a global university there is ample amount of diversity. Also it is affiliated to Cambridge university. The opportunities in this college are limitless.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course i am studying is BbA and it has amazing faculty. The patter of study is foreign like. Various projects so that we gain practical knowledge. We have quiet a number of subjects. The faculty of negotiation is not that great. Rest the faculty is very helpful and readily available too.

Their are many good companies that reach out for students of jgu like amazon, Walmart, etc and also indian mncs and kpmg almost 40 students have been a placed from our university with top companies without them completing thire entire degree

The campus life is extraordinarily amazing and has been more than what I expected it to be. Our college provide us with various programs and contest that are all educational based to take part in. We have lot of opportunities to show our talent and explore them for ourselves. Fest and cultural programs are the main highlight of jgu. We have one of the best and safe parties to get ourself evolved in

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes getting marks above 80 in school gets us to apply for an scholarship. Also getting good marks in each sem can make you eligible for getting scholarship for further semester that motivated students to work hard for thir exams

Campus Life

In infrastructure OP jindal stands out. It was ranked 1st on the basis of cleanliness. The entire campus is air conditioned. It has a total of 9 buildings of hostels with 5 that belong to bots and 4 girls. The rooms are spacious and all the facilities are provided including study tables almirahs beds site table attached washrooms.

Hostel Facilities

Yes our college is fully residential one and there are no day scholars allowed the hostel facilities are amazing we have a very clean and spacious place to be in. The hygiene and cleanliness are all taken care of.

My journey in DAVIM

Course Curriculum Overview:

The BBA CAM curriculum is quite good overall and that is one of the main reasons I chose this course. It includes both management subjects and computer related topics which gives a mix of business and technical knowledge. We study subjects like marketing finance programming and business communication which are helpful for basic understanding. The syllabus is properly divided semester wise so it is not too hectic. However some subjects are more theory based and I feel there should be more practical work and real life projects. Adding more internships and industry exposure would make it better. Exams are held every semester with internal assessments and the difficulty level is average if you study regularly and it opens ways for both MCA and MBA you can get into any of the fields in future.

Honest Review By a First Year UG student

Placement Experience:

As of now, the placements for the UG batch are not out because the first batch of Masters union is still in the third year and they are gonna graduate in 2027 but we have very good placements offers, for example, one of our student and placement of KPMG with AN CTC of 18,00,000 and PG placements are the best in the country this year, the average was approximately 33 lakhs and the highest salary was 1.1,00,00,000 and even the lease pay was 25,00,000.

Strong on Theory, Limited on Practical Exposure

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible from 5th semester for campus placement..Companies like TCS, Policy bazaar, bajaj insurance visited the campus but the role they offered is mostly of sales even for finance students the package is mostly started form 3lpa to 6lpa for fresh BBA students... Highest package of the college for bba student is 12LPA and the average package would be 3.5LPA.. 80 to 90 percent were getting placed but as i said earlier the role are mostly of sales so many student opted out with themselves from placement.. My plans is i want to go in finance field and working on it pursuing a financial modelling course with my degree..After getting the degree and completing my financial modellung course i will enter in finance world and gonna pursure MBA with my job

JGU is delightful place!!

JSAT is mandatory to get admission in JGU. For Arts courses be if Economics, Political Science or any others, one also has to clear the interview rounds as well. So admission may take a while before you are confirmed for admission. I got confirm admission only from MNLU Nagpur but our college JGLS is much better than it in many sense. JGU is an event hosting place!!

Ashoka University again and also MCC Bangalore as these are some of th colleges that offers this particular course. I think did best by ditching the rest two as MCC may be an old college but JGU still I feel is the best out of all. JGU is one hell of a place!!

I had admissions at Ashoka University which is also in Sonepat. I gave JSAt and since I had confirmed admission from both, I looked at the other aspects of both the universities. Ashoka definitely more premium but is a relatively new university while ours has a pedigree of its own. Also the fees structure as Ashoka University fees was 25 lakhs a year while at JGU it's 6 lakhs a year....Read More

O.P. Jindal University is Supreme!!

JSAT is mandatory and only 60 seats for our course which is divided in 2 sections. I have given the same and cleared the same. The entrance is little tough and fees for the entrance is 12000.
