- Results are quite tough as to clear exams here is very tough indeed.
Course Curriculum Overview
Financial Markets are the things that rule the world and therefore I wanted to study that. We do have basic accounting and all but every semester from call, puts, futures and all. From short term investments to long term investments to tax structure our course has it all.
Placement Experience
Both the things be it placements or the internships, they are top class. Since our course was related to Financial Markets, companies like Axis Capital, Reliance Mutual Funds and likewise the companies that deals in security markets were the ones that have us jobs. Average placements of B.Com in Financial Markets were around 5 lakhs.
Fees and Financial Aid
OP Jindal Global University is located in Sonepat and is India's biggest private university. Our college is also the most expensive college after Ashoka University and therefore the fees is 4 lakhs a year for studies and 3.5 lakhs a year for hostels.
Campus Life
Our college is super amazing as it's an 80 acres huge campus with 4 beautiful canteens and every possible indoor and outdoor sports facilities. We have two major fests at our University. Biswamil is our annual cultural fests and Magnus is our sports fest. We also have a departmental fest named Arthriti.
Hostel Facilities
We have 6 girls hostels are our campus and all have similar facilities. There are two seater and three seater rooms and all the rooms are air-conditioned. I stayed in a two seater room which costed me around 3.5 lakhs a year.
Admission
JSAT is mandatory and only 60 seats for our course which is divided in 2 sections. I have given the same and cleared the same. The entrance is little tough and fees for the entrance is 12000. I also gave a few more entrances but since I got call from OP Jindal, i dumped the rest of the colleges.
Faculty
International faculties are also here as in our course which is of financial markets we have seen people who have been a part of it as a long term investors and traders. All are qualified along with the best of knowledge as they impart us true and best knowledge of our subjects.
Night Life
Our campus is something which is opened till late night. Hostels in time was 8.30 pm for girls but campus was ours as we had access to all parts of the campus. Two canteens were opened till 3 am. Library as well and all the indoor sports activities as well. Nearby we had De Jour Cafe, Bites Cafe and Yellow Box Cafe as well.
