Selection Criteria
- The selection is based on personal interview and written test organized by the institute.
- For hospitality courses (PHSL and PHML), a test in general awareness and English is also required. Those with an IELTS score of 5.0 and 6.0 are exempted from the English exam.

Vedatya provides specialized training through the Soft skills and Personality Development module right from the first year itself. It also organizes a series of workshops termed ‘assessment centers’ on CV writing, interview technique, and personal grooming and communication skills which are all well attended.
During placements, students get ongoing support from the Supervised Work Experience (SWE) faculty in-charge, the placement function, and the respective program head. There is a mechanism in place to seek feedback from the employers, document the same, and share the feedback appropriately to impact student learning in a positive manner.
Anecdotal evidence supports the conclusion that almost 100% of graduating students find employment. Our students have received strong positive feedback from employers and this is validated by the placement record over the last 20 years.
